Well I just had the biggest lig pop of my life, on my second set on teh A-Stretch my penis made the POP!! It was great man
 
The Poly Blaster with BTC stretching is the most effective way to stretch and to get bast length Plauteus. The reason why. No one ever stretched BTC that often. Added into the POF set up is a truely origional design.

Very true...range of motion is an important part of stretching. I think that an approach that encapsulates PLYOMETRICS, RANGE OF MOTION, and BASIC STRETCHING is the most effective method for gains. The same theory can be applied to TUNICA gains too.

Have you tried my TUNICA TRACTIONS STRETCH yet? That is the bomb-diggity of TUNICA stretches.
 
I have added in the DLD pulse 110's to these, the POF Principle has really taken off since I have done this. I do the Pulse 110's in the A stretch.
 
SUPRA, are you pulsing the stretch from behind or just holding it there?
