For closing the gap between your stretched and erect sizes, it's erect stretches all day. For the fat pad there's kegels and weight loss. For length gains it's between hanging and extending, but I would say both. Bundled stretching is also a good way to make some gains faster.

So an example routine would be something like..

5 minutes bundled stretch
5 minutes erect stretches
30 minutes hanging (building up to more weight gradually, your ligaments will adapt to the first amount of weight you use)

And during down time you should try wrapping to help retain some of the elongation each day. Erect stretching is the best way to close the gap between stretched length and erect length.Getting rid of the fatpad will help length a lot.Start a diet and exercise.
 
Thanks so much I started erect stretching last night. It seemed difficult only stretching straight out. Is there an erect stretching routine? I searched the forum for erect stretching and came up short. Thanks guys for your imput.

Also do erect stretches to close your BPSL and BPEL gap

No routine.Just add 5 min of erect stretching to your length routine.
 
How exactly is erect stretching done? Ik it's stretching while hard, but at what angles? My BPEL is 6.75 and BPSL is 7.5 and I'd love to close that gap.

id be careful when stretching sideways,increasing intensity is an important thing too!! i wouldnt go too hard at first..IMHO

Any angles, any direction, just be erect and stretch your dick thats all.
 
I created Erect Stretching for one reason, to close the gap between BPEL and BPFSL. It really is the best exercise that will accomplish this cementing process.

To close that gap, you need to do erect stretches for at least 10 mins daily. Make it a part of your routine.
