So I have gained almost 2.5 inches in erect length (from around 5.5 to 8 bpel) and am currently stuck at a measely 5.25 midshaft (5.9 at the base). I have tried for a year to gain girth but haven't gained anything. I've tried uli's, clamping, jelqing, squashing, you name it. All these gave a good pump that lasted a couple days, but soon vanished. I have started to get into the bundle stretches and upwards a-stretchs to stretch the tunica for around a month, and I still don't feel I'm gaining anything. I figure that since I gained 2.5 inches in flaccid stretching on the ligs, my tunica would be better stretched flaccid. I just think I gained so much in length that girth is not my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]forte[/words]. Wow nice length gains. Well are you being sure to warm up and warm down? I think that helps. Also, try edging and then doing a reverse kegal as long as you can hold it and do a ULI. I do this after every length workout for about 15 minutes for full engorgement, but its not a bad small girth routine, expecially if you would like head size. You have tried [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s with no luck? They seem to be all the rage. :)

Getting a pump could be an idea. Pump for a little do some manual girth exercises, pump some more, repeat as much as you like. I would think that would work well.
 
Have you been consistent in your girth exercises? I think consistency in girth Penis Enlargement is even more crucial than for length Penis Enlargement. Also I think girth takes longer to cement. If you say you get a good pump from your workouts, but it is gone in couple of days, it sounds to me like you aren't doing girth pe for those X number of days (or else the pump would perpetuate and, hopefully, cement over time). You can't do a great girth routine one day a week and expect exceptional results. I don't mean this to sound rude or anything, it's just that if you were giving yourself that good girth "pump" for 3 on 1 off, it wouldn't go away because it wouldn't have time to go away.

I think 20-30mins of uli's once or twice aday should work I know I have gained about 3/8-1/2 inch or so in 3 months also I think they work well for converting BPFS to BPenis EnlargementL
 
I haven't gained more than 0.2" of girth to date, either. I think the problem may be that I can't get a skin splitting steel hard erection for EVERY workout. This, of course, could be countered with viagara, but I can't order that, either- not without a credit card, which one cannot obtain in my country until he/she has a steady source of income. Have you taken viagara or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Penis Enlargement pills[/words] as an addition to your girth workouts? If not, then it might just be the ticket for further girth gains for you.
 
Your length gains are sick, congratulations. How consistent have you been with any one girth regiment? Girth can be a bitch and I know for myself it took some serious patients and commitment until I was gaining with consistency. Remember that girth will be temporary before it becomes permeant and this process can take some time. A good pump eventually equals a permanent gain so stick with the routine that gives you your maximum expansion.
 
One idea you might try is quit doing all stretches for a month or two a just work on girth, it's what I've been up to for the last 6 weeks and i'm finally starting to see some girth gains. ;)
 
thanks guys, I think I have been giving myself too much rest time, that and not having a set schedule. A year ago, I tried girth exercises 4-5 times a week, very consistently for half a year, and didn't gain anything. I never measured when I first started jelqing (2 years ago approximately) but I used to do them 5-7 days in a row. I am going to try the 5 on 1 off routine, and see how that works. Thanks to Texan for that outstanding idea. I have tried the 1 on 1 off, 2 on 1 off without any success. I have no problem getting extremely hard every time I do a girth session, so I know that my penis is telling me it needs more to gain. If I can gain 1/2 an inch, I will be happy, but would love a 6-6.25 girth! And dammit I gained 2 1/2 inches in length; I just need the determination to get the inch of girth I seek.
