well i have the PF now...but as YKM said you can put ABsilicone sleeve with PF and sleep at night as it is more comfortable........
so am i supposed to buy only the sleeve or should i buy something else too.....

I have been wearing it for 2 days now and I barely notice I have it on.

Word of advice, DO NOT wear it while you are sleeping (night boners). I lost my dick last night. The head was super cold LOL.

But this is great for extending and comfortable!!

The SiliStretcher is a much better option.
