I've been doing Penis Enlargement for several years, off and on, and I wouldn't have it any other way. You must take time off of Penis Enlargement every so often. I know we have guys on here doing Penis Enlargement deconditioning breaks, and they are exactly right, but in my opinion they should last 4-6 months and not just 2. I see extraordinary gains in length and girth when I return after taking this much time off.
Recently I started up Penis Enlargement again after 5 months off. My routine is very unconventional, especially here at [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] where the attitude is daily Penis Enlargement for long sessions. For three weeks I have clamped (that's right jumped right into clamping) for 10-12 minutes, then done 20-50 dry jelqs, and I do this 3 times per week. I stretch with DLD blasters no more than 10-15 total blasters, 3 times per week.
So far in three weeks I've gained 0.3 inches in length and an 1/8" in girth. These are accurate measurements, I am meticulous with measuring. This puts me at 7.9 non-bone pressed erect length, and 5.75 mid-shaft erect girth.
My theory in Penis Enlargement is simple, and is very much weight lifting based (I am a bodybuilder/powerlifter)....train is minimally as you can to see gains. allow adequate recovery, FEEL the ligaments and tunica being stretched DURING your exercises, and do ONLY the most potent exercises for you. For me, I know they are clamped work, clamped stretching, dry jelqs and some compression squeezes thrown in, and DLD blasters.
I want to stress this though from my experience: workout only to the point where you feel you were stimulated, and not tired, with incredibly effective exercises that you FEEL working when you perform them. I jumped right into DLD blasters and clamps because I have experience with them, and I do not push to far, and I gave myself rest, and magic happened: I always see gains from a deconditioning break but these are the best gains I've seen in such a short time. Take some time off (4-6 months), come back with just a few effective exercises in mind, train with FEEL and do only what is needed. Less is more is real, guys, if you decondition properly.
Also, one other thing I'd like to say is don't make this shit your life. It will mess with you. Get other hobbies, focus on other things that have you interact with others, and then when it's time for Penis Enlargement, do it and forget about it.
As my thread title indicates, I had sex with my girl last night and she can't take me all the way anymore in almost all positions. A few weeks ago it was just one or two ones, but now I really have to not go deep because I'm hitting her cervix. I can feel it on my glans, she feels it too. In my situation and experience, I'm thinking the perfect length is 7-8" non pressed. Girth I still need to think about.
