heres my starting pictures...

I wanna add more girth if anyone can point me to some good girth routines,ive been doin the basic jelqs for a minute now but thats about it....wet n dry jelqs,and stretching.....wanna add a lil more length(half inch) but alot more girth...
 
Damn dude your already pretty big, what is that like 7 inches or over in length and 5.6 girth? You look as thick as i do man, only im a little longer. Awesome starting size man, your already endowed well. What are your goals?
 
a little over 5 in girth,not much over 5....wich is decent i guess?whats average?

and for length ,depending on how good my erection is it varies from a solid 7 to about a 6.5.

and for goals.....i wanna get about 6 inch in girth.....and gain 3/4 inch in length.

Awesome stats dude, so im guessing your like me and want to hit 7.5 length? I know what you mean by varying length, im always bouncing in between 7-7.25 now but on a real good day im a little over 7.3. What do you plan to do to get to your goals man? Manual stretching, jelqs, what is your plan?

and actually i wanna say i can vary from even 6.3 to even 7....

and what i wanna do is become were iam always a 7..and be a 7 to a 7.8 instead of a 6.3 to a 7,if that makes sence....i wanna get harder erections.....

I know exactly what you mean man, like i said before, im always in between 7-7.3 i also need the same help you do. Its weird because my nbp flaccid stretch is 7.5 or so. Im gonna start it back up again in a week or so. Dont know for girth, but jelqs gave me some good girth before stretching alot took that down some.

Average varies near 5 EL and 4,8 girth. Your penis is what most girl want, but that's great you want to improve it. Your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]penis health[/words] will improve as well.
 
I suggest you search for the stickied "newbie routine" I am having great gains out of it, and it's the same for numerous members here.

Thanks for giving as much details as you can... Have you been consistent, are you doing the exercices the good way, ie: are you stretching enough, jelquing with enough pressure... etc... How much time per day do you allocate to this "task"
 
yup i stretch befpre and after workouts,and whenever i goto the restroom i do stretch sets....do plenty a jelqs and shit and feel like my cock has been worked out at the end but i just neevr see any results....
