Hey guys. I know I've had a different workout thread in the past, but I'm starting a new one b/c I'm trying to get dedicated again. I'm not the best Penis Enlargement gainer there is, but I'll give u a little history about my Penis Enlargement career.

May 04' - July 04' -(newb routine)
gained .4 inches and about .2 inches girth
(with a t-vein mixed in that halted my girth for a while)

July 04- August - 60 second stretches, jelqs, and squeezes:
.3 inch gain length, no girth

August - September: Clamping experimentation, no streching
No gains

September - October - Overtrained w/ clamp, lost .2 inches of girth

October - December - no stretching, jelqing and clamping routine-
gained back the .2 inches of girth


Now, starting December 21st, I have a winter break for college. Next semester is Very suitable for Penis Enlargement and I have my own room.

My routine for 2 full months is as follows (with intensity increases):

2 Stretching routines, I'm trying to space them out by 12 hours, but sometimes it will be spaced out 8-12. Each routine will be 9, 60 second manual stretches.......Probably all towards the ground. Very few will be stretching towards sky.

Girth routine: 2 days on 1, day off:

5 mins jelqing, 12 mins clamping (with mostly horse squeezes in clamp)
5 mins jelqing, 12 mins clamping (same thing)
5 mins jelqing, 5 mins uli's / horse squeezes

in 1-2 weeks I'll move up to 3 12 min clamping sets, but I found out that 12 mins each session clamping is ideal for me since I do mostly horse squeezes throughout for max expansion, and my dick gets cold to touch anything past there.


I'm starting off just under 6.5 in length, and between 4.8 - 4.9 in girth.
So i'll say I am:
6.4 x 4.8

60 second fulcrum stretches for 9 sets

8:00:

Girth work: 5 mins jelqing, 2 sets of 12mins clamping, 5 mins jelqing, 5 mins squeezes

1:00am (later tonight) 60 second fulcrums for 9 sets.
 
This routine is working great except my ligs are soooooo sore when I do my 2nd stretching session. I'm thinking about going to 1 longer session instead of two.
 
my NBP size of around 5.5 or so looks soooooo tiny. I'm obsessing over it, b/c its so small. I hope to god I gain in length soon. I haven't seen a change in my bpfsl though. I'll keep chugging along though.
 
im currently hanging 5 lbs from my penis, its by far the weirdest thing ive ever done. Im gonna stick by my normal routine but i wantto experiment.

Nice work man.. That seems like a lot of clamping.. What is your post workout girth compared to normal after doing your girth work. And also how many clicks do you use.

should be thread, but i typed it wrong b/c i'm stupid. My other log was just filled w/ crap, so I'm starting over, hopefully a new beginning.

Tizzle:

expansion while clamping gets me .3-.4 inches depending on the day. Post workout expansion usually results in about 1/8 to almost 1/4 inch expansion.

I wrap with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace bandage[/words] material, and usually start with 4 clicks left for 6 mins, and move to 3 clicks with the last 6 mins.
 
Girth routine is going nicely. I might be a little thicker, not sure. Length routine consists completely of hanging now. I'm starting to see some massive stretch marks on the shaft from hanging. I began hanging 12/29/04. Hope to see some results in the next 2 months. I'm hanging 60-90 mins a day for now.
 
Right now i'm on my second 20 minute hanging set. I am hanging btc w/ 10 lbs. I tried 5 when i first started, then tried 7.5, and now my penis has no problems w/ 10.

Maybe I made a crappy hanger, but my penis can hang 10 lbs no problem. I suppose I feel a decent stretch, but nothing like when I'm stretching manually.

BPFSL has not increased yet. :(
 
I think my penis wants to start war with me. Its so damn resistant to everything. I'm up to 12.5 lbs hanging now and its quite comfortable. Girth has been pushed up to 14 mins per set. I dont know how much I can push that up unless I loosen the clamp b/c my head gets cold at around the 13th minute.
 
due to my t-vein, I now have a pimple like blood-blister near the thrombosis. I dont know why I got it again, but I don't care. I'm not letting that interfere with my workout. It seems as though I might have lost girth, b/c i felt it last night in my hands and it didnt feel as thick. I'm still doing my same girth routine. 3 on 1 off.

I've quit hanging b/c its too time consuming and i dont like the pressure it puts on my glans. I'm going back to my original stretching routine of twice a day.

Girth measurement is January 16 or 17th, whenever I go back to school.
 
Just measured girth. I knew I gained ! Guess who's average girth now boys !!!!! Gained close to 1/8 of an inch.

Now I've gained a total of .5 inches in nbpel and .4 in girth. It feels damn good.

New stats: 6.4 x 5.0
 
I'm only down about 1/16 from when i measured in at 5.0. SO i'm somewhere around 4.95 or so right now. Yah, its close to 5.0, but not 5.0 yet.

I also tried one of Redzulu's constriction routines from his website b/c I'm desperate for a good clamping guide. All i have to say is i definitely havent been pushing myself enough. Maybe thats why my gains haven't been that great. This is what i've done for the past 2 days

1) 10 mins basic clamping
2) 15 mins clamping with advanced horse squeezes
3) 15 mins clamping w/ wet jelqing
4) 15 mins edging and uli's

*and warm-up and warm-down

At the end of my workout still clamped, I registered in at damn close to 5.5, maybe 5.45. I've never felt my penis that big before. Definitely got around .5 inches of expansion, i never got that before.

Length at the end registered in at about 6.75 from a sitting position. I actually felt sore for about 5 mins after my work-out. I've never felt sore before. Its time to pack on the girth guys !

*Note I didnt do the 10 mins clamping w/ rollers b/c I really hate that exercise. Red if there's a decent substitiute for it, i'll try it. if not, this routine works awesome.

Dld gave me an awesome length routine that I was about to try this week, but since this routine takes me more than an hour, I'm gonna hold off for a month or so.

I was measuring while clamped today b/c i do that sometimes to see the expansion i get, and I was still damn close to 6.75 in length. I'm thinking I should be getting length gains down the road if I'm expanding this much. My dick doesn't mind growing in length, its just stubborn in girth.
 
Alright, just keep on the routine and if you wonna get that dld length routine you talked about and do that on alternative days to the girth work ''constriction'' or on the sameday. And please stop measuring so reguler, forget it man....do it every two months or so. It will just fuck your mind and I reckon it isnt doing your Penis Enlargement mentality anygood whatsoever.

Dld, I started your specialized routine that you sent me for a week, but after I started getting on Red's routine i realized that I need girth more than I need length. I know I can gain length on your routine, but I want to get past average girth more than you know right now. I hate holding my dick and realizing how far my hand encircles it. I'm near 5.0 in girth, but even if i do have it, its not concrete. I will be doing your stretching routine by May by sure. I just want to give Red's routine a chance at the moment.

Oh, and I'm drunk so thats why I'm rambling on. I just got a BJ from a really hot Asian chick. Nutted a little in her mouth, and the rest on the floor. 15 minutes later I see her making out with another dude !!!! Talk about nasty !
