Red I need to ask you a question about that, you said it's not good use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] before hanging. My current routine is like this...
[words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] 10 min. [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] stretching [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] 10 min. [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] stretching [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] 10 min. [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] hanging (1 set, 15 min, 10lb) going to add more sets when I get used to it
After that the girth work starts with a 20 min. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session with kegels ect. But with the 10 min. sets I don't get any fluid build up.
My question is should I cut out the 3rd 10 min. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] set before I do the hanging set? When I add another set of hanging should I not do [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and hanging super sets? and only do it with the stretching? If not the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], what exercise can I do super sets of hanging with that would replace the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]? Thanks Red I'm really curious about what to do.
