I thought I would keep a progress thread – both to share my experiences (for what they are worth) and to get the opinion of others on my routine and how it can be improved.
I used to Pump about 10 years ago, no gains other than doughnuts etc but loved the feeling. I had always been unhappy about my penis size- mostly due to adult entertainment and comparing myself to the guys in the gym. So I did some research and have started on the Penis Enlargement road. So far I am surprised and very happy!
I know that I should follow DLDs newbie program - however due to privacy issues, a lack of time and other commitments, I don't have the time to do it. What I am doing is the following
Morning Session
Warm Up
200 Jelqs
5 Min pump (cock and balls) at low pressure (5Hg)
100 Jelqs
Stretches - Up, Down and Cranks
7 Min pump (cock and balls) at low pressure (5Hg)
50-100 Jelqs
5 Min Pump (cock only) at low pressure (5Hg)
During the day
Wear a cock ring – with breaks every hour for 5 minutes of jelqing/edging
Night Time Session
Warm Up
200 Jelqs
10 Min pump (cock only) at low pressure (5Hg)
Stretches - Up, Down and Cranks
Repeat three times

I have been following this regime since 9th August. Before then I was doing something similar but without the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work.
I would welcome your comments on the above.
I have been shocked by my measurements since starting. I measured BPenis EnlargementL 5 7/8 inches when I started approx 20th May 2010. I now measure BPenis EnlargementL 6 7/8 inches (16th August 2010). I cannot describe how happy and strong I feel. My wife has noticed the difference when we make love but I haven’t told her exactly what I am doing but I did say I need time every morning and evening to do some exercises to prevent ED and to keep my cock strong – she approved of this.
