Welcome- Hi all and welcome to the exciting world of stretching my dick scientifically. Hopefully by reading this you can both keep me accountable and perhaps even pick up a trick or two you can use in your own routines.

Background- I have an extensive background in weight training. Although I've slacked the past few years when I was 17 I maxed out at 315 on Bench, 255 on Power Clean and 535 on Deadlift. Getting there took a lot of will power and some brain power as well! Up until last week I had never done an ounce of Penis Enlargement in my life...but that has come to an end.

Penis Enlargement Philosophy- My philosophy is that God fucked me big time in the penis department. On the other hand, he did give me an above average intelligence which I plan to use during my quest to a bigger me. In addition, I will rely on years of experience training my body to acheive results as quickly and safely as possible.

Initial Routine- Below you'll find an outline of the routine I'll be using to break into Scientific Penis Enlargement. Nothing too special, but after the response I got in terms of soreness from my first few days I think a 2 week break-in period is definately the way to go! PC exercises will be done during the day when online.

AM ROUTINE- Preceded by warm-up in shower and followed by warm-down/massage.. Heat will be applied at all times via heating pad.* Stretching will be conducted using the "wave" approach.** Captn's Wench will be used for greater force application.

3X Each Stretch:

Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 15-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 15-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 15-seconds

Straight Down to the Center: 15-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 15-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 15-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 15-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 15-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 15-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 15-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

PM ROUTINE- Preceded by warm-up in hot tub and followed by warm-down/massage.. Heat will be applied at all times via heating pad or through hot tub’s warmth.* Captn's Wench will be used for hanging.

What The *s Mean!-

HEAT- Everyone knows heat helps before and in between sets of Penis Enlargement, right? Well, sort of. Heat definitely increases blood flow and reduces the chance of injury…What it doesn’t do is increase flexibility unless it is actually present during the stretch! IOW heat can help your ligamanets and other tissue stretch faster and lengthen quicker. Interestingly ice increases flexibility as well if present during stretching, but I don’t want a pound of ice on my nuts.

WAVE TECHNIQUE- The wave technique is a really easy way to get some extra mileage from a stretch. I’m not going to get into the tech info, but basically if stretches are performed in waves the final stretch can be more than would usually be attainable. For example: During a normal SO stretch you simply pull on your penis until its fully stretched and then hold for 30 seconds. Using the wave approach, however, you would do 2-3 brief consecutive stretches of 5 seconds at 90-95% before the final long stretch. Try it, I bet you can get a few extra millimeters.

STRETCHING DURATION- This doesn’t have a star but I am sure someone is wondering why I only hold the final stretch for 15 seconds. Everyone is different in this area. I’ve experimented and found I get no further benefit from holding stretches longer than 15 seconds. About 30-35% of people fall into this category. Plus, using the wave technique this stretch should be 102-104% of normal so I don’t want to hold it too long anyway.

I know a MOD will move this eventually so I'm just going to post in it like it wa already in the routine forum.

Following my first run through of the complete AM stretching routine all I can say is SWEET!

The Good- Following the stretching my BPFL increased a little over 1/2". Obviously, I know this isn't permanent but it will be someday. The wave stretching technique worked just like I expected from my weightlifting days. Nothing hurt, in fact it felt quite nice. Only exception was the BTC stretches which..well feel weird. Thats the best way to describe it..

The BAD- I discovered that even with 3-4 clicks of the clamp my Captns Wench still rode up high with the pulling strength I was applying and started biting into the glans. Fuck that shit, it hurts pretty bad so I removed it quick. Also, forgot DLDs advice and didn't put cloth beneath the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] wrap. Turns out to be quite sticky when removed after Penis Enlargement!

The UGLY- Just my ex girl following a 50lb weight gain. LOL

U know that ice on your nuts, could be a healthy thing along with increasing testosterone since your a lifting guy.

I'm 23 now and no where near as strong as I used to be. I might be able to bench 225 on a max out now, whereas then I could bench 225 for 10-12 reps. IOW I've turned into a big fat pussy. I've been back in the gym for a few months now and its coming back slowly. I expect it to take at least a year or 2 to regain all my old strength.

PM Workout- I started the PM routine about 9 hours after the AM routine. I'm not sure how to explain it..but right over my dick just feels weird. It doesn't hurt though, its almost like I can now recgonize something I never had before. I did run through some real quick stretches and they were all fine, but the SO and BTC felt a little sore during the stretch itself. I skipped the hanging today since I won't know how much damage I did today until tomorrow AM. I did, however, do 150 wet jelqs in the hot tub. Good times!
 
So it's day 3 of Penis Enlargement now and I am happy with the way things are going for the most part. So far the toughest part has been figuring out how to get the best stretch in each position and direction. I didn't do any hanging the last 2 days either. While stretching ligaments is different from what I'm used to from weight training... I just think any more stress on the ligs beyond the daily stretching routine would be a mistake. I will actually probably take a day or two next weekto let the ligs play catch up.

One thing I can say for sure is that beyond the ligs and a bit of sore skin I feel nothing in the penis itself. I've got a plan for that which I'll post after a few run throughs.

I'm making good gains already with the kegeals. The first day I could barely do 10 in a row but I'm up to 25 or so in just 3 days. It has to be the nervous system adapting since muscle cannot grow/strengthen that quickly.

Well its day 6 and the good times keep rolling. I was recently corrected by another user because I determined my LOT number wong. Instead of being a full 12 I'm something more like 7:30-8 which is a bit sad. I had really looked forward to those "easy" gains! LOL Regardless, I have a bit of lig gain to get and I'l take it damn it.

I've been modifying the routine as I go along and see what works and what doesn't. Although I am in the minoity I feel quite strongly that a person can focu 100% on lig stretch and 100% on penile shaft enlargement at the same time. As such I've nroken my routine into 2 parts- Ligs in AM and Penis in PM. I'll post the routines later.

What material/-s do you use for wrapping when using the Captain's Wench?
I myself use only a thin Theraband-like strip of about 13" long. I find that less = more when using wrap with the Wench. Also, you mentioned that the Wench was biting into your glans. That would mean that you are attaching the Wench too "low" (as opposed to too high, which would be closer to the pelvic area). I myself started out at just about the same length as you. I had to trim my Wench several times to get the width right, which is now at 1.75" . I also had to trim the length (now 9.25" long) a couple of times too so that the clamp could work properly.

Why don't you try adjusting that Wench and start hanging with it? I think you will find that hanging produces much better length gains than your current "wave" technique at 15 seconds. Please don't get me wrong: I'm not saying that your technique is bad. I'd just like to turn you on to a more time efficient technique that you can build on resistance (like lifting weights) without necessarily increasing the amount of time that you spend stretching(manually).

You should have no difficulty hanging if you start out with 4-5lbs and hang for no longer than 20 minutes at a time and do a maximum of 2 sets/day. Once you are accustomed to the lighter weight, you can move up to the 7lb+ range where the gains start rolling in. Hanging, unlike most manual stretching, also has the dual benefit of increasing girth (mostly at the base). For many hangers, there is also the benefit of better erections. I did my first 10lb hang last night and immediately got an erection after I took the weight off (normal reaction). I also got rock hard erections all last night and this morning which can be directly attributed to the hang. Erection frequency and quality are very important in Penis Enlargement for girth work and gains in general.

Lastly, your attitude and motivation are GREAT! Your weight lifting experience and writing this log will definitely assist you in acheiving your Penis Enlargement goals.

Hi all and Hoosyodaddi!

Want to thank H for such a nice long post. To clue the rest of you in he has been gracious enough to help me with several areas in my routine and I am most thankful for his input. I'm going to break this post into "Ligs" and "Other Tissues".

Ligs: Over these first few days I have been more and more able to tell which movement is stretching what. In fact, I have found that any manual stretch above 8:00 or so doesn't touch my ligs at all. Because of this I have changed the manual stretches to include only BTC, SD, and 7:30 stretches.

I had planned, and H confirmed, that I should start hanging next week. I'm going to run with BTC hanging for the time/sets per day H reccomends. However, I beleive that it will be very benefecial to still run through 2 sets of my manual routine before hanging. The manual stretches are both a different kind of stress and will serve to pre-stretch the ligs readying them for a nice hanging set. I'll also be incorporating an interesting technique I found at Thunders for stretching the septum while hanging. More on that later.

Interestingly I found a variation of my "wave" and "techno/rythem" techniques doing research on hanging. It seems several long time hangers have found swinging the weight helps with gains. This makes sense since when the weight swings away it will tug a little harder than when it swings towards the body which provides differing stress loads similar to my stretching techniques. I'll be incorporating this concept into my hanging routine as well by pulling lightly on the weight 10-15 times a minute.

Other Tissue: H has given me a PM routine to work on expanding the other tissues of interest to Penis Enlargement'ers like us. I've pasted the routine below and can'y wait to start working on it tomorrow!

"A" Day:
hot wrap/warmup
5 minutes Basic constrictor
hot/cold dips
400-500 wet jelqs
hot wrap

"B" Day:
hot wrap/warmup
400-500 wet jelqs
hot wrap

*Alternate between "A" Day and "B" Day for two weeks. You may work in your current stretching routine on both days. I would set aside one day per week for rest from all Penis Enlargement exercises. After the initial 2 weeks, you can increase the Basic Constrictor time to 10 minutes. After 2 weeks more, you can start doing 2 consecutive sessions/day. That will put you at the 6-week mark. We will reassess your routine at that time.


Conclusion- SWEET. The only other thing is I have decided to Jim wrap several hours a day to help improve my flacid hang.
