You will find 2.5 to be way too light, 5 pounds is probably the best starting weight and from there add 5 pounds at a time when ready. A good weight to get to is 25-35 pounds.

I'm going to work my way up there within 3 months.

3 months is a good amount of time to get to a formidable weight. I think the 30-3 pound mark is a great goal to get to.

No, I was saying a go weight to get to is in the 30-35 pound range (obviously you will work up to this 2.5 - 5 pounds at a time). 20 minutes per set and 3 sets per day.

Really getting back into the swing of things. Almost up to my full routine. In the middle of a move too and still managing to PE!

Still training! Trying to find consistency... been off and on the last few months which is no good :( have not lost gains though. I’m having trouble with the site though. Y’all need to work some search engine optimization too so it pops up on a simple search....

Have you tried the search here lately? We just put in the best search engines out there.
 
Yea the search and new site is awesome DLD. I’m talking about when you google search for “mattersofsize” y’all don’t even come up! PE gym and others show up when I try searching for mattersofsize on google.
