Just wanted to open up a new thread to what I am doing, where I want to end up, and how I'm pushing myself to achieve it this time. I always would have a goal in mind, but after a good round of sex would lose motivation. I believe this is because I wasn't visualizing my goal in the bedroom setting, rather just comparing to "stars" and this made it more realistic and seems to motivate me. My end goal is 9' NBP by 6EG and with previous lost size I believe I could obtain this within a year/year and a half. My routine is upon waking up rub EVOO on him and just kinda let it set it, rub it in. Then I do 50 slow jelqs, followed by the Mandingo v stretch for 3 sets / 15 second holds. Now I've been getting a lot of lig pops during this, so I hope that's a good [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words] as I've never really had them before. Next I take my shower and do some bundled stretches 10 seconds each direction and he starts to perk up I do [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] for 3 sets of 15 second holds. After that I get him fully hard and every other day do erect stretches.

Any input on changes are welcome and I've also been getting into better eating and exercise to trim down and that will help with my mondo fat pad haha

Looks like a good starting point. What are your current measurements? Do you own any equipment? Are you overweight and if so how deep is your fat pad? How much time do you have to invest daily? What are your privacy situations?
 
Currently at about 7.75nbp x 5.5 eg. No equipment, would like to stay all manual. I wouldn't say overweight persay, but my fatpad is a good .5 inch. For time, I work 11 hour days and I'm gone 7:30 to 6:30. I am married, so when I get home it's time with my wife/that kind of digs into privacy. I mean, I use the bathroom and lock the door. I try to get 20-30 min in the morning and do a few jelqs/stretches whenever I use the bathroom when I get home.
 
Little privacy and time require much creativity in training. At work do you have a private office or bathroom? Perhaps a bathroom that is rarely used? This may allow you to get away 3-4 times a day for 5 minutes to get in some basic stretching. On your way to work get in all your Kegels for the day. At work, if office is private, get in some Lazy Ass Stretches. In bed at night, stretch under the covers. Get up 15 minutes earlier than usually. Be creative and watchful in all areas. You will be surprised how many places PE can be injected. I'm a delivery route driver ( think UPS). I'm constantly in and out of my van and I lift up to 150+ lb packed daily. I do have a 60 min drive to and from my delivery location where I do kegels, probably get 100+ in before he doesn't pull back. Any other suggestions for manual stretches that could help with length.

Also, the Mandingo v stretch, where do you place the hand that is stretching him on the knuckles??? I've been resting it on top of the hand pressing down with the V. Hope that's right, it does have a good lig pull feeling .

With one hour drive you could do a Lazy Ass Stretch the whole time.
 
I could definitely do those in the summer when I can wear shorts and easily grab him. As of right now, it's 0° and I wear long underwear/thick pants with a belt so it's hard to get him where I want him and also hard to suit back up. Great input though !!!!! I do appreciate all the responses and help.

Question, lately the inner penis has been feeling real tough, like it doesnt want to stretch, is this fatigue or something else ?

What stretches are you doing for internal penis?

By inner, I mean the whole deal. I've been doing Mandingo stretches with the V stretch down. Bundled stretches and rotaries with jelqs.

It would be great to hear from you now to know if you have gotten to your dream size. A device like the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]length master[/words] would be very useful even if you can only use it for 30 minutes daily in combination with your manual routine.
