Hey everyone I'm starring a new progress thread I startee the beginners 2 weeks ago but im counting that as my learning week so officially I'm counting from the 1st already my gf says I got thicker.

I'm gonna be posting my stats tomorrow and my routine
I welcome any one with similar stats to follow progress
 
So I decided to delay on the messuring till I get a better hang of pe but already my gf has said ive gotte thicker it made so happy when she said that

Heres the routine ive been doing
in a really hot bath soak in it for about 10 mins then

Followed by 200 with 5 30sec slow squash jelqs every 100 jelqs
20 mins [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with a slow pressure rise. Slight stretching but not tugging on it
then I do another set of 100 jelqs followed by
A 5 to 8 min [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with low pressure and hotter wate (i say hot but not cook my meat hot)

So thats my routine I get crazy expantion so much that I get just as thick as a tube of toilet paper it feels so incredible to be so thick almost filling up my hand.

If you guys got any comments or tips and pointers that would be great!
 
Why not invest in a heating pad and do stretches in the mornings and girth in the evening? That way you just concentrate on one thing at a time. What is your scheduling anyways?
 
Thanks man I wake up way to early for work I dont think I can wake up any earlier to do morning routines. But I am not really concerned about lenght seeing as Im already at 7 inch im more focused on girth

Bpel- 7 inch
Nbpel- 6 1/4 inch
Mseg- 4.5 inch
Bseg- 5 inch
Short term goals
Nbpel- 6.5 inch
Mseg- 4 3/4 inch
Bseg- 5 1/4 inch
Final goals
Nbpel- 7 to 7.5 inch
Mseg- 5.5 to 6 inch
Bseg- 6+

Im also ordering a clone a willy kit so that I have my starting size to compare to as I gain will probably get another one when I hit my final goal or half way to it
 
Just completed todays routine same as before

Messured.my temp gains
Nbel- 6.5inch
Mseg- 5 inch :)
Bseg- 5 1/4

Are there any things I can do to cement these temp gains in faster or should I just keep doing what im doing
 
Just keep inreasing the intensity over time and the girth will cement itself while still gaining more. When it stops, then it's time to change. Until then, just keep up the hard work because it will pay huge divedends.
 
Just had a great workout same as before but bumpes up an extra 100 jelqs I got great expantion currently just about the thickness of a roll of toilet paper I cant wait till I surpass it and the.tube begings yo look small in my hands
 
Running I cant help but notice that your starting girth is about the same as mine and you current girth is where.id like to be whick routines/equipment did you use did you do your routines regularly from 2003 to 2005
 
Great workout again last little bit of fluid build up but I think I pumpped to fast. But still my size was still much thicker this morning according to my gf I made her jaw sore which is a first for me
 
haha that's some awesome feedback to get back. When I [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] lately, I will give a pump every 3mins during 20min sessions. Haven't had terrible FR doing this. I'm sure if I went to max pressure with in the first five mins I'd be in some trouble haha.
 
Haha yeah normally I pump when the slight discomfort goes and I pay close attention to the left side of my forskin thats where the build up always starts first
 
Hey rochout, I only did jelqing for the whole time I did my routines. It was very simple but i gained. Simple stretches and jelqing did it with off and on days changing frequently. They were mostly newbie gains.
 
I was curious this morning as too my size so I cheated and messured early Im already near my short term goals and its only been half a month
 
Well I figured I might as well start low not to discourage my self next one will probably more. And I want to gain girth more then lenght
 
Don't change your goals. Keep them small so you'll always be advancing beyond what you wanted. Good going and keep pushing or "pulling" forward man.
 
Haha yea ita much more rewarding to keeping hitting goals even if its only 1/4inch I have done anting for the past 3 days might remessure to see if they actually stuck
