i am doing Penis Enlargement for ~6 months now and i want to review my routine. Up to now i was doing a routine which was more focussed on lengh gains and i think that the results were ok - but i didn´t gain anything in girth. (The routine included a large set of different stretches and ended with a smaller set of wet jelqs)
For the next months i want to focus girth, while not completely forgetting my lengh training. Another important reason for the review of my routine is, that i have a very small amount of free time to spend in Penis Enlargement for the next time.
My routine this morning was:
- 30 minutes of wet jelqs with some isolated compression squeezes (~every 5 minutes)
- 10 minutes of helicopter stretches
i thought this routine would be ok for my goals, because it should work for lengh and girth in the same (small amount of) time, focussing girth. but i am not sure if there is a way to improve it. For example i have read about DLDs Crazy Girth Busters an tried the exercices. But i had problems with the dry part. Would it be ok to do all of this routine wet? If not... could you please explain why? Especially the dual jelq does not seem to work for me.
I would be very glad if someone could help me to create a good routine for the next months.
