If I went only for length doing manual stretching, how much time a day should I stretch (half hour, one hour etc.), and how many times per day (once, twice) ? I would like experienced stretchers to answer these questions so I could find about the right stretching time to do daily to maximize gains. It depends on if you are new to Penis Enlargement or not. There are different theories out there, but the one that I believe in for the moment is, when it comes to length training exclusevly - there is nothing as too much. Read the interesting thread about "progressive stretching", it has some very good info in it.

I´d say that a good tips that have worked well for me is to mount your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] directly after a intense manual stretching session. It makes it easier to reach new lengths inside the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and to "heal in that extended state".

When it comes to exercises tips, I´d say the DLD blasters is one of the best.

If you have the possibility, stretch for multiple sessions during the day, and always warmup before of course. Complement with wearing your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] after every session (and if you have the possibility, wear it as much as possible).

First I really recommend that you use some kind of padding/protection. Here´s what I use, very cheap stuff: see link,:

What you do is just screw up the thumbscrews a little until you are back at targeted tension (ex 1200g).
This means that your penis is in a temporary longer state than when you recently put it on, while still being at the same tension.

I usually screw up the thumbscrews approx. 3 times during a 1 hour set before I take it off.

1 hour sets is a good aim, I usually wear my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] in sets between 1h - 1.5 h before taking a 30-60 min break.

I would recommend some jelquing every now and then in your routine, it is good for your penile health.

I started out with a lot less metal elongation bars than I use now. In the beginning it´s common that 900g or 1200g stretches shorter or at bpel. But as your penis gets used to the stretch it will for most users after a couple of weeks or months lead to a stretch over bpel, while still using the same [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words] 1200g.

So try out the length you ahve on your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], see how much tension you get and screw the thumbscrews a bit. You should be satisfied in the beginning when you see 3 hexagon metal bars on each side (900g).

Well, we have to go by feel instead. It is much harder to decide the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words]. I´m recommending to start of safe and slow, an then add tension during time, since too high tension in the beginning for a user can be dangerous.

But you should aim at starting at a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] size that is approximately the size of your bpel, or a little shorter. For each elongation bar step you have some space to work with in the thumbscrews, on your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] located on each side, just behind the noose strap.
You can use the same product length all the way until your thumbscrews can´t be turned anymore, because the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] will then fall apart. Then you have to change to a longer elongation bar/add a bar.

When mounting your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] (after you put on some proper padding) there should be a little-medium force you have to use to stretch out the penis, to be able to mount it.
After you have mounted it, start with screwing the thumbscres about 5mm only on each side.
You should not feel any pain at all when you are in this position. If you do, you are using too much tension.
Start with a beginning starting routine as I described earlier in this thread.
After awhile, you get to know how your penis feels and works in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], and applying a little higher tension after a couple of weeks should be no problem to experiment with.

I recommend that you wear your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] pointing downwards.

When you are a way into your [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] journey, you should have a aim that you not should feel any exhaustion in your penis for the first 45 min. After that you can wear it for a little bit more, and start to plan to take it off when you hit about 1 hour. But this is like 2 months into your journey.
Start with the small amount of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work I wrote in the schedule. This is a long run, don´t hurry.
But start with trying out some padding that works for you.

1. Now when you say aim for the size of bpel, do you mean measuring (with device on) pressing bone or not pressing bone so it equals as bone pressed without device on.

1. I mean the bone pressed erect length measurement without the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Just your normal bpel.

2. I had a 6 month period during 2006 where I only used my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], I gained about 1,1 cm bpel (approx. 5 hours use/daily during that period). I´ve been doing manual pe since oct 2004 so it wasn´t newbie gains. So I was pretty satisfied with the result.
But as a length complement to my other manual length routine I think it is a really good investment.
I think it has played a important role in my last years length progress.
Now I wear it between 6-8 hrs daily, sometimes even more.

But it is a lot of work, takes just as extreme focus and dedication as manual Penis Enlargement. I bring it with me wherever I go.
But of course, , it´s all worth it in the end.

I really recommend it as a complement for your manual length routine. For many reasons, it lets you "heal in a extended state" after a manual stretching session, it is good for flaccid length gains, and of course it gives length gain itself.

It looks like it is exaxtly the same device as the [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]JES[/words], Vimax, Andropenis, except for the different head comfort strap attach.
So the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] has all the function a good [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] needs, the question is how much the comfort head piece adds in comfort.
The classic noose strap devices needs a lot of padding to be able to use it.
The [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sizegenetics[/words] head seems a little better, because it divides the pressure to a bigger area. But you will most definitly need some padding anyway.

Yes, measure bone pressed with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on and check this measurement against your normal bpel(without device on).
If theese are near eachother it is an indication that you are somewhere good in [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]traction[/words].

It can be that you are not using enough intensity in your workouts. It takes some time to find a good relation in intensity between your penis and your arms, eventually you will find that zone, where you use enough intensity and still being safe and avoid injuries. I think you should play it safe and stick with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for awhile, it´s a good routine.
When stretching, do you feel any pull all teh way inside your ligs where it is attach to your body?
With manual stretching you can use much power, stretching is pretty safe.

An easy exercise that could be a length complement to your routine is the easy performed "lazy ass stretches", where you to a between the cheeks and basicly sit on your penis, moving your hips further and further towards the edge of the sofa or chair. This can be done while watching tv, so it is a very simple exercise, but it is still very effective. You can easy feel the stretch in the ligs attached to your body as I wrote about earlier in this post.

DLD gained very much using his hands, he really is a Penis Enlargement hero.
I think that the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is no concurrent at all/ and does not interfere anything with your manual Penis Enlargement.

manual is more high tension on a short time.

So you could definitly do both of them, the only thing that will happen is that it will speed up the length gains for you!

Instead of noose I use 1.5 cm wide silicon strap. I wrap 3 layers, ghaze and theraband over it.

I needed to hear that! I think the worst bit of this is waiting for my very first gain. It becomes very discouraging when you have worked for hours a day for weeks and months and still seen nothing. I mean I finally beleive this stuff can work...but I still have the fear..."does this work for everyone? Will this work for ME?!" I cant see a reason it wouldnt work...I mean a penis is a penis isnt it, its not the same as muscles which can have a different fibre makeup and ppl have different body types and metabolisms. I guess maybe we all have different strength ligaments and spongy cells though.

The other thing is I dont really feel eased into my stretching until the last grouping of sets. Its like lifting weights you warm up then gradually build up to your heavier lifts. Shouldnt it be the same with stretching...easing into the more intense stuff? The other annoyance about stretching for me is the penis often fill with blood becoming almost semi errect and I must wait for the blood to leave!

How often should I check for circulation? Should it be taken off immediately if the head goes numb and blue? Can tissues (the head) die that way if we are putting force on it every day for long periods?

I have quite strong arms so I feel like I could pull harder...its just I feel if I do I will rip my penis head off or the whole thing will just come away from the pubic bone. Are you doing regular warmups before your stretching sets? You could also get into this state before an exercise by doing some btc lazy ass stretching (sitting on your penis between the cheeks and moving your hips further and further towards the end of the chair)..

I would use it but I really don't know where to find that material and how to call it in my language. What is its normal purpose, what does it use for?

The material is cutted from a hiking sitting pad used when someone walks in the woods and decides to sit down somewhere and have a protection for their butt. I´ts like some kind of (often in gray colour) light-weight insulation material. It can probably definitly be found at your closest walmart.
