i still think your measuring is a little off if the numbers are that close! only a guy at 4 or 5% would have that and to get there they would have to be on diuretics, aas, ai's and a cocktail of other drugs, and these are also the guys with great genetics! even then they cant sustain that level of lean as it will kill you after a short while. to put it in perspective im about 12/13% and my fat paid is about 0.6 inch. 10% bf is usually the lowest deemed to be healthy and sustainable naturally

Once gains are permanent they are there for life. I have taken many periods of time off where I lost nothing except what was not cemented yet. Once you reach your goals it is suggested to go past your goal a bit just to sure up the goal size. You can also do a maintenance routine once per week and this will help make gains permanent too plus keep you in great penile shape.
