Hey fellas, here's a pic I snapped the other day about 4 hours after a clamping/bending and pumping workout. I've been on this new IPR routine (MWF) geared toward gaining girth for the past three weeks or so. I haven't measured in a while, so I don't know if I've made any solid gains. But the unit is hanging a little lower flaccid and EQ has been great.
 
You work hard and often on your body. You deserve people telling you that it looks fantastic. Congrats!

One friendly word of caution. I got to thinking about this for me since I've got some pecs that are getting a bit large for proportions of my body. I've decided that I only want to keep my pecs defined rather than make them large, and work to enlarge my arms, shoulders, neck, back, legs (everything else) more in large part for fear of stretching skin and having bitch tits as I age like I've seen happen to a lot of guys.

Look at this before and after of Arnold. You can see he could cut plenty of fat to look a lot better, but his pec skin would still probably sag like granny tits.

Dude, you deserve my total respect for both your knowledge on Penis Enlargement and of the body.

You are ripped to shreads, you are HUGE in both counts and an overall knowledgeable person.

I know how hard it is to get where you are, again both counts, and i respect anyone with a willpower so breathtaking as you seem to have.

I'm a "shower" (as opposed to a "grower") for sure, but it depends. On a warm day, when I'm nice and relaxed, I can hang about 7" by about 5.25." After a Penis Enlargement workout, like in this picture, my flaccid is usually a little bigger than this. The shortest flaccid I've ever measured was about 5" long (not sure of girth).

It's going great, Pandora. I went cold turkey for about three weeks. I've been sneaking in SMALL quantities of soy every few days since I purged it out of my system. As I noted in my soy thread, my libido immediately went up and it has stayed that way more or less. EQ got a little better. And I gained about 3 lbs, mostly muscle, I think. You may be able to tell from the picture in this thread. I have a hard time seeing differences in my physique, but I do weigh a little more and my waist measurement is the same -- which tends to be a good sign for me.

I hope so, Prince Albert. Although I have to admit that low pressure pumping was part of the Penis Enlargement routine I had done about 4 hours prior to the pic. So you're seeing some of the effects of the pumping there. "IPR" refers to a lower volume type of routine that involves carefull listening to your body for "positive" and "negative indicators" of progress. Positive indictors would be great erection quality, post-workout engorgement, erect gains, etc. Negative indicators would be the opposite. The goal of the routine is to stay in the positive zone, which may require tinkering with the workout either up or down in terms of volume and intensity.

Well, if I'm hard there's no hiding it. So I've gotten pretty good at mental control for those public situations. If the mind fails me for whatever reason (let's say I catch a glimpse of something arousing), then there's always the carefully placed workout belt, book bag, package, etc. I usually wear long shirts and baggy pants when working out, particularly when I have my Thera-P wrap on because it pretty much puts everything out there. I wouldn't dare wear close-fitting clothes in public -- unless of course I was TRYING to make a statement, lol.

Brian,

If you have "negative " indicators, do you cut back or cut out your usual routine for that day or for that time of day?

If I have negative indicators I usually just delay the workout by a day or so until I really feel the urge to do it. Then I may go a little easier or I may not. It all depends on how I feel and how my body responds. If it's feeling really good and EQ is great, I go for normal intensity. If not, I may keep it short and to the point.

I started hitting the gym hard. What's your routine/supplements if you don't mind me asking? I'm trying to take at least a gram of protein per pound a day and I'm taking Muscle Milk, Hydroxycut Hardcore and of course a the good old GNC MEGA MAN vitamins. You have a great bod and I'm trying to work up to getting a build like yours. My legs are getting pretty beefy... I was pressing about 400+ yesterday.

Hey, man, I pretty much stick to the tried and true whey protein (lots of it), chicken, and multivitamins. Good luck on the routine...
 
Thanks for the reply back brotha. I've been eating like 70 eggs (whites only) a week and eating chicken like it nobodies business. lol.... I must be on the chickens most wanted list. I'd harass you online, but I've only caught you once on yahoo and I'm rarely on myself. Cardio routine.... what's yours? I try to run and burn about 1200 calories in the morning running. Later on during the day is when I pound the metal.
