Hey guys. Just a question for those of you people, that have more experience. Ive been Penis Enlargement'in for quite a while now. I just want to ask, if i stop doing these excersises up to date, will my penis lose size? Or will it stay the same, just not increase untill i get back in the game??

You should always aim to "cement" your gains before retiring. Keep Penis Enlargement-ing for some extra months aiming to keep the size.
It is often recommended to gain just a little bit over your goal size, because a little part of the gains sometimes goes back. It is a good thing also to jelq once a week, to keep up your penile health.
 
Don't cut back totally. Do some kind of maintenance routine. I made the mistake of cutting back too soon and lost some major length gains. My girth gains were not affected by the cut back.
 
After 3-4 months of Penis Enlargement, regular erections, sexual activity, and PC work will help you maintain your gains. I have not really done ANY Penis Enlargement exercises since hitting my goals a few years back- and my measurements have not decreased one bit! I still do lots of PC work though, and lots of sexual activity keeps my system in tip top shape ;)

I would recommend at least 2 hours a day. Gradually increase the tension. Kegels are important for overall [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]penis health[/words]. Jelqing is mainly a girth exercise and is also good for [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]penis health[/words].
 
at least an hour daily to maintain all till it's cemets after some time!

I have a VES [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]EXTENDER[/words] it was the cheapest I coud find I wanted the one off DLD but I sent a pm asking do they accept Visa Electron but had no reply so I wanted it fast so I ordered the Ves [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words].
 
I've never used one of those. but I believe it is a standard type [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] with threaded extension rods. You turn the nuts on the rods upwards to add tension. Someone who has used one could probably give you a more detailed description. I prefer the max-xtender which uses a lock pin and slots to adjust tension. I've found I get more tension with it than other type [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extenders[/words].
 
I have found it to be so in my case. I still do a little manual, but I've had far more gains with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and hanger. I can get more tension for longer periods with devices. Others have had great gains with manual exercise. The thing is you have to stretch your dick in some way to make it longer and expand it to make it thicker. Experiment and find what works best for you.
 
Thanks for the advice, so far my erections are a lot stronger than they were before and that's just after a week of doing the newbie exercise, the only bit i'm worried about is the cementing stage when it comes round.
 
You're welcome. Don't worry about cementing right now. Just concentrate on being consistant with your routine and making progress. When the day comes you want to cement, there is a lot of good information here and over at Bib's forum. I am going to always do some type of pe.
 
Have you ever stopped Penis Enlargement for a substantial amount of time after cementing? just i've read a few peoples posts where they're adamant the gains are just temporary, and a lot of the veterans on here still do Penis Enlargement to this day.
 
No. I have never taken off for more than a few days. I have read where other guys have cemented, stopped peing and kept their gains. Bib said he lost 1/4 inch after he stopped because he didn't manage his program right, but he hasn't lost anything since. He recommends to cement your hanging gains, to slowly reduce the weight over a period of a couple of months and stop going to fatigue. For myself, I would prefer to continue doing some type of pe program. I enjoy it.
