In any conversation I have ever had with a man who does not know about PE the first thing I hear from them is, "I don't need that" and then within a few moments they will ask "does that shit really work"....I have rarely found a man who is confident in his current size and when the reality of PE sets in they will make their way to the forums

Ive told my best friend about pe after a night of drinking he told me about him seeing text in his ladies phone about his dick being small. So i told him about pe and he has gained a bit. I feel like in 10 years or so pe will be much more common and so much more advanced that it will start to become mainstream and potentially even be recommended by doctors and urologists. That being said though, I still don't want anyone to know I do it. My girlfriend would probably be cool with it but I still wouldn't ever tell her unless she caught me red-handed, which is something I absolutely dread. So much so, in fact, that I sometimes have nightmares about leaving a piece of equipment out or being caught using one. I suppose that by the time I gain 1 to 2 inches in length (so far I've gained nearly .5) I'll feel so much more confident and wouldn't be so embarrassed if I got caught because the results would speak for themselves. I would probably just own it and be like, "Yeah, I e my p. So what? I want a bigger dick and as of 2014 these are the only ways to accomplish that without subjecting myself to some expensive-ass super dangerous mad science-type surgery." Or something like that.

I've been thinking about this a bit and feel if someone in my life found out I did PE i don't think I'd feel embarrassed about it. I don't think I would be b/c in the end I guess it's not that big of a deal. I'd explain why i do it and feel that would be the end of it unless they had more questions about it. i really doubt anyone would think I'm stupid or weird. the people in my aren't close minded and judgmental.
