This is the best forum about Penis Enlargement. And I've been silent watching some of them in past months.

Before getting serios about making my penis bigger and buy some membership I thought about trying to see if at least I'll be able to do it. Well, my problem is that I can't go into flacid state or semi-erect state. Each time I'm touching my penis, it's get quick into full erect state and it can stay this way for more than one hour. If I masturbate once, it get's back again in less than a minute, if I doit twice then hell, I'm not really into mood to try stretching. And if I allow myself a half hour break, guess what happens when I touch it again...

I don't think it will be safe to try stretching exercice while in this state. I did to see how it feels the jelq exercises for about 45 minutes while I was full erect. I don't mind about ejacultiong, I can control it perfect.

Do you think jelq is enough either for size? I'm going much for about 1 inch girth from 5 1/8 to 6 but it will be nice some lenght as well. Do I have other options or exercises that can be done with penis full erect. Or is there a way to make penis flacid or semi erect?

I'm a bit of a newcomer to this place myself although I've been pe'ing for about 6 weeks now. I definitely wouldn't consider myself an authority on Penis Enlargement but I have done a ridiculous amount of research and reading into it. But anyways, I digress.

Sounds like you have some issues clearing your head of those arousing thoughts. If I start getting an erection while stretching I'll take a short break and think of something else to cool my jets. I found what helps a lot as well is how focused you are on the actual exercise. Don't concentrate on not getting it up - instead focus on the stretch and try to really visualize the ligaments and tunica expanding and the feeling it creates. Put 100% of your mental energy into getting everything you can out of that exercise.

If you're just starting Penis Enlargement I wouldn't really recommend jelqing while fully erect as your tissues have not yet been conditioned to tolerate that kind of stress. Jumping into this too aggressively, while a stalwart effort, could end you up in "injury lane". Fortunately, I have not personally experienced this but I have heard it can mess up your routine quite a bit. So just be careful. Keeping that semi can be difficult in the beginning but it's all about mental control, which is something that you may have to work on.

I personally jelq around 65-80% erection with a relatively heavy amount of force. (It would seem like my tunica is a bit stubborn and can take one hell of a beating :P) And while I will always try to make the exercise as intense as possible, I am also extremely careful to make sure I don't push things that little bit too far.

Jelqing is great for several reasons (promotes good blood flow, expands tissues, and generally just good for your little buddy's health :P) and that girth goal is definitely reachable. Just don't expect to get 7/8 of an inch in overnight - gotta put in the time and dedication to see the results you desire - in my mind DEFINITELY worth every second.

Anyways, much longer post than I originally intended - but I hope it answered any questions you had.

i personally start jelqing everyday at %100, and i know dld does too, or did when he jelqed.

its not going to hurt you.

anyway, do you notice any decline in erection after jelqing?

occasionally it can be tiring, if you do long (3-10 secs) jelqs, and this could be an easy way to get flaccid, after a few hundred.

also, try counting your jelqs. its like counting sheep, and can easily put your cock to sleep.

the other option is erect stretches, but i would suggest lots of research before trying that aprroach.

it is, however, great for length gains.
 
Thanks for tips. I managed to keep the penis in semi-erect state, there is no way to keep it flacid. Just walking arround the room and watching a news channel, keep my attention on that. When erection starts again I just walk and think at something else, like remember each minute of the day.

Do you think doing 300 in semi erect state and other 300 in full erect state is too much? And about length stretching while erect I still need to read more about it and definetely start it after 2-3 weeks to get first used to it.
 
naw, 300+300 is fine, i usually do 900 at 100% erect, and do some light clamping as well.

are you doing long or short jelqs, as in how many seconds each, roughly?
 
It also depends on how you feel. Pay very close attention to the signals your body is giving you. Soreness is ok but pain is always a no-no and means you're overtraining. I always work myself to a pretty decent level of soreness and if I feel pain I'll just lighten up my grip a little bit...so far 100% jelqs seem alright as long as you try not to destroy your penis lol.

I feel no pain, I guess I brused a bit at the base where is hair and irritated the skin, while draging with hand I had hair in between, nothing serios.

I do in series of 100, first 100 with normal OK then 100 in reverse OK and so on. I'm trying to keep them 2 seconds long but sometimes hand just slip and it gets quicker.

I did 500 in about 45 minutes, with some breaks to lose erection or to put oil, so I guess I'm near 2 seconds per jelq.

How much force do you put while doing your jelqs?
 
ty,how many seconds per jelq do you do and also are they done slowly or quickly?And do you have split jelq sessions througout the day?Thank you.
 
i do fairly quick jelqs, as i have limited time in the am, and i find that quicker jelqs maintain my erection better.

i do 900 per day, 1-2 seconds each, at 100% erect, kegeling often.

if i have time in the pm (live with my gf,) i will do another 400-500 if i can.

i also do two five minute light clamping sets on either side of my am jelqs.

in the last 3 weeks i have gained .25 inch girth, and about .75-1 inch flacid length.
 
could you try to post your pic again? i know its possible to get inflammed foreskin, or small blisters, red dots etc while jelqing. try the pic link again please.
 
Here a photo after 24 hours. I know exactly what it is, a broke some small veins and got a hematoma while jelquing. If you ever saw someone that got a fist in his eye or face you know what I'm talking about <:( It does not hurt at all now, I guess that all I can do is to put ice on it which usualy helps and the healing period decrease noticeable.

The problem is that it won't heal earlier than 2-3 weeks but my real concern is how sensitive the area remains. I may not be able to do jelqs any time and soon perhaps I need to find a replacement for them after I'll get penis back to normal.

Any suggestion welcomed :)
