I decided I am too lazy for an actual routine, I am just not motivated, and I know I have room to grow, so I am thinking of taking a passive approach, more of a penile health 'routine.'

I am 18 and think I might still have some growth left in me, I am almost 8" long and 5.75" exactly midshaft. I simply want girth, so my goal is to do a daily passive routine.

Kegels, Clamping without exercises, and cockring during day, but I need to find where to get one and how to find one discrete where folks couldnt guess what it is. I think an IR lamp might help with forming new blood vessels etc.

It is pretty much to keep healthy levels of blood and hormones, maybe extra blood/hormones, pumping through my penis constantly so it grows to its max or more. The only unpassive approach I am taking is in my left curve. I intend to start tomorrow and think of the routine then.
 
I am going back and forth between this and doing 1 day on 1 day off clamping... I am not sure... I guess I will just post here whatever I do and if I miss a day or am too lazy i will do passive... if I feel like it I will do workout =)

Did nice clamp 'session' yesterday, just let it sit on there max clamp and it was like on long squeeze. Gonna workout tonight and wear it after shower until bed. Gonna start kegels todaty too.
 
Havent done kegels, but did another 'clamp session' where I leave it on then when I get really hard from 1 click away from max clamp (cant clamp any harder) I unclamp one and jerk it. Going good, gonna actually do kegels tonight as I fall asleep. Penis EnlargementACE!
 
Did clamp session yesterday going to watch movie tonight gonna do clamp session when I get home. Prom is tomorrow so I wanna have an awesome pump going. Gonna do session when Im home from movies tonight, do one tomorrow afternoon, then clamp off and leave it for 20 minutes until I leave for dinner... that oughta do the trick =) Things going good and Im being consistant, going to measure May 1, but dont expect any gains, but by June I think I will see something if I kick it up some.
 
Thats funny I'm going to prom tomorrow too. Althought I'm 21, I've been out of high school for 3 years. I'll be taking this good lookin 17yo friend of my sisters. I'm no freak I don't go looking for trouble, See asked me I didn't think it would work but the school gave me a ticket. Oh yea about your passive exercise; I've been trying erect stretches well in a home made [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words](Chance Custom [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]Extender[/words]) and I get incredible girth expension after about 20min I do this twice a day for 20-30min and It seems to work great. I'll have to experiment a while longer but if I get perminent girth gains from it I let everyone know.

Straight8 you gotta post your routine in your thread where we all asked or here please, I wanna know what your routine was that got you so much progress. Well didnt do routine last night way too tired, but Kung Fu Hustle was funny =) Gonna do routine now a really hardcore one, then one about 3ish when I shower before prom. Gonna be perfect plan to get a sick pump =)
 
I think you should definitely see some gains from this passive stuff. I did passive clamping for about 3 months, got at least .25 inches girth. Just my experience though, yours could be different.
 
I kinda just clamp and jerk it, is pretty much what I do. Trying to do some squeezes, to get the full effect I need to clamp it more often but its hard to keep it full without stimulation so that is why I dont do it. I need to start kegelling too. Anyhow gonna keep with this daily/everyother day mixup or clamping for 15 minutes hard with jerking it, maybe some squeezes, see if I gain ANYTHING by end of may. If not Ill change it up, but ya prom was freaking awesome, went really well. Only did one clamp routine though yesterday.

Might do one later tonight not in mood now.
 
Sorry I didn't get back on this I hadn't check this thread in a few days but here you go and I hope it works well for you.

10mins of straight out DLD bundle stretch hold glans and pulling back the base
Hold right rotated twist 1min then release shake, rotate left hold 1min etc.
10mins of lay down DLD bundle stretch same as above but hold at high LOT position and pulling up a three different angles (toward navel, over right hip over left hip)
5mins of (STILLWANTMORE) tunica stretch
10mins DLD bundle blasters at three positions, down out-straight, down out-right, down out-left.
20mins of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] stretch concicting of Fulcrum, Bow stretch, expressive stretch and what ever else I want to do.10mins of basic A-stretch with a few kegels
5mins of basic V-stretch
10mins of Basic DLD blasters

Jelq for about 200-300 count for blood flow.

Recently I have added about 1-1.5 hours in the Chance Custom [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] after all the exercise.
 
Man been lazy past few days havent done crap =(, gonna do some real casua clamping next few days... maybe get into some kegels finally, by Saturday.
