I decided I am too lazy for an actual routine, I am just not motivated, and I know I have room to grow, so I am thinking of taking a passive approach, more of a penile health 'routine.'
I am 18 and think I might still have some growth left in me, I am almost 8" long and 5.75" exactly midshaft. I simply want girth, so my goal is to do a daily passive routine.
Kegels, Clamping without exercises, and cockring during day, but I need to find where to get one and how to find one discrete where folks couldnt guess what it is. I think an IR lamp might help with forming new blood vessels etc.
It is pretty much to keep healthy levels of blood and hormones, maybe extra blood/hormones, pumping through my penis constantly so it grows to its max or more. The only unpassive approach I am taking is in my left curve. I intend to start tomorrow and think of the routine then.
