Mike, what are the main benefits from doing A and Y stretches. I do them normal and bundled.
 
^The principle is just like with bundles that tunica fibers splay better diagonally than vertical, or horizontal.
 
That would be two diagonals in one which is twice as much tunica breakdown. If I was you I'd strap into the chamber, and use the hole in unison. That way I could do an a/v, or expressive, bundled stretch followed by dld bends for that curve
 
Today i did a and y stretches with 3 twists. How's that for Túnica breakdown :-) breaking down like humpty dumpty.

Did bundled stretching too, 3 twists.

Call me Simyan Tortellini, twisting with fists in mits into the mist, the gist is crisp.

These stretches are fulcrum stretches that use 2 points of stretch. The benefit is like any other manual length exercise, you gain length. :)

Amazingly, and many men do not know this, but the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SizeGenetics[/words] was created for Peyronies disease, length gains were a side effect. Good topic, and not complex to understand.

You pack when your penis expands enough to fill the tube from side to side ... this comes, when the width is filled out first.

Usually it packs first at the base, then at the head, and finally all along the shaft.

Once you fully pack, all the pumping action is directed lengthwise, enlarging the external penis, but aswell coaxing your suspensory ligament to stretch.

For example, with my girth of 7" if I wanted to target length pumping I would be wise to choose cylinder with a diameter of between 2" - 2.25".

During the session, the 7" girth would quickly "pack" the tube, and then the pumping action is concentrated on the length, as it has no option but to expand in that direction. Nothing complicated, no will it, or maybe, it will work like that.

In the past, great care would be needed to ensure when packing the tube, that the pressure didn't injure the glans [head] as the pressure becomes very concentreated around this area when packing, but, as you know, unless you've been in a cave for the past few weeks, MoS now sells the most potent aid for the PEer, and that goes for pumpers aswell ... the Silisleeve & Silicap (like)

So, by wearing the Silicap when packing, you protect the glans from the negative pressure it would have otherwise been receiving.

In fact, using the sleeves MoS sells, also reduce fluid retention, so ensuring the actual pump session is as productive as can be.

Think of the sleeves as a protective scuba diving suit for your penis.

As DLD said, start with SRT newbie to get your tissues into the conditions for more intense routines, and slowly increase the intensities based on the amount of time on your PE journey. 1 month in with manual routines, you bump up the intensity loads by specific amount of traction needs. 3 months in, you bump up even more. 6 months in, you're entering intermediate and advanced stages. 9 months in, you're in the advanced stages. 12 months in, you're going to tweak quite a bit of traction loads based on what you've noticed in the past 12 months.

There's no universal "needs". The needs are based on what you've discovered along the way. Our brother @JustGrow is a great example as he reports in constantly. Take a look at his log page as he goes above and beyond. We monitored him closely, and we provided sugggestions to tailor his routines.
