trust your ruler and keep solid measurements. If you are gaining, still with what you are doing. If you go 3-4 weeks without gains it is time to increase the intensity and/or reps or switch to a new, more powerful routine (i.e. Phase 2).
 
OK GUYS!! Solution found..I know that I wont be able to knock out my pe routine all at once, but I CAN spread the exercises out throughout the day. do one set of stretches, go about my business, sneak away for about 5 minutes or so and do another stretch and repeat, do my kegels throughout the day, and clamp/ clamp jelq at night. instead of doing 3 sets i could do 4 idealy. DLD, whats your take on this??
 
When i do the basic stretching exercises, i have to grab the head of the penis with the OK grip, otherwise, if i grab the skin just below the head, it slides right off and i lose my grip. When i do the OK grip with the head, it hurts, and now my head ( or shaft) is swelled and when i try to do new stretching i cant, the pain is stooping me. I do 3 sets of basic stretch before i move on to the next exercises. By the time I've don the third set, my head is all red and swelled and hurts like hell. What to do? I tried using a condom to protect the head a little, but it slides right off. Thanks in advance.
 
I have a roomate (Im in college) and its hard to p.e. because he's always here!! I havent been able to pe at tall this week...any ideas?? I'd hate to lose my momentum..

I believe you have the liberty to do PE now. Grab a length master as soon as possible. For girth, get yourself a mityvac penis pump.
