Hello brothas...I have been out of the Penis Enlargement game for some time now and am now ready to restart my "mission".

First i must admit that even with all the experience i've had with Penis Enlargement and after reading thousands of posts on here for so much time, i was greatly impacted and worried about Penis Enlargement after a few threads came out regarding safety.

I do have a reason for this, may be just all in my head as well as it may not only be in my mind...thing is...i have noticed some hardening of some of the internal structures of my penis, especially the circular vein that goes around the base of the glans ( head ). It feels harder than when i first started but then again it could have been like that before and i just didn't notice it.??

After a mind strugle with myself i determined that i will continue to Penis Enlargement regardless of the potencial danger of it. I have always preached safety and warm ups on here and will continue to do so. Always keep safe, you only have ONE dick to mess around.

I have gained good in my Penis Enlargement days, started at about 6.5BP x 6.5 and am now roughly at 8BP x 7 mseg. More than glad with things, stoped for many months and lost next to nothing. Never hung b4, never done ANYTHING besides manual stretches and jelqs. Only want LENGHT and DO NOT want any more girth cause it only leads to less sex. ( painfull to her even WITH LOTS OF LUBE ) she loves the girth, crazy bout the lenght, asked me to STOP enlarging it many many times ( this lead me to stop Penis Enlargement ). BUT...i WANT more lenght so i will be continuing buisiness as usual lenght wise.

What i really need to know here is, ( and plese contribute as much as you can with your personal opinions and experience ):

If you were to get back in time and do this all over again what would you change?

Where should one go, vacuum hangers? BIB's vice hanger ? Other? ( please explain )

I really want just one more inch, how would you get around to this? By using and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for months? Start hanging weights? [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power assist[/words] ? What???

Please brothas...help in any way you can...

I jacked around with Penis Enlargement for almost 9 years before finding [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. On and off no consistency. Mainly because of lack of information i was able to find and motivation. If i would change anything it would be to stick with a routine that worked and focus on one thing per session, be it length or girth. Experiment with my techniques and other to find out what works for me. For a pure length gain it all depends on you. Do you like manual work or hanging and which feels more comfortable to you?

I have had quite a BIG experience with manual work, gave me all my gains, never done anything BUT the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] EVER except some A-Stretches and some V-Stretches. All in all, i tried my damn best at manual routines and i think i "milked it" for all it's got to give and most i feel were only ligament stretches that brought some "inner penis" out.

Now i feel it is time to move forward to more " agressive " and intense stuff.

I've always been afraid of hanging mainly out of fear for lack of blood flow and the inherent damage it can cause. I keep hearing how great these vacuum hangers are, also hear alot about blisters too :(...

I'm just VERY confused...I would really like to hear what gains people had using either the MAX-VAC or THE BIB or even some other method that HAS worked...

I would have focused on getting my girth first. I wish vacuum devices (hangers/stretchers) were around when I'd first started hanging. I've gained 2" in length from home made BIB hangers, and the BIB "starter" variants, but it would have been MUCH easier, and less time consuming with a vacuum hanger....or [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]/strapped stretching setup. Max Vac is the only system I have experience with, but the others I have seen....just don't impress me. The one heavily pushed over on T's place, doesn't even have a way to attach a hand pump, and you therefor have NO IDEA how much vac you're using...nor anyway to add vac for more resistance.

Vac hangers/stretchers...the Max Vac products can be used as either without a need to purchase additional gear...just a little ingenuity (see my thread in the Product Review forum)...do not cut off blood flow to the penis, or glans and therefor can be worn MUCH longer without breaks, safely. I am logging 3-4 hours at a time before taking a break, or needing to urinate.

Oh, two weeks and it looks like I'm gaining already...about 1/8".

I'd go the Max Vac route. The pull comes from the glans mostly, but the internals of the penis to include the ligs are all inter-connected anyway. When I wear my strapped-stretching setup, I feel a stretch in the entire penis, and base/lig area. If something like this had been available, I probably would have not used the BIB hangers. It's just so much more convenient to do ONE, LONG set vs. multiple short sets. Static stretchers....I have not used one (I've actually used 3 variants the [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]JES[/words], the [words=https://track.moreniche.com/hit.php?w=113512&s=1220]JES[/words] clone [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] sells, and some other clone I can't recall the marketer for) I liked. Whether they use a noose, or a "strap", they're all uncomfortable, and all cut off blood flow to the glans with any respectable amount of tension applied. Also, they only allow for "grams" of resistance....how many hundred "grams" is a POUND anyway?? ;) With the strapped setup I'm using, I'm guestimating, but I'm sure I'm getting at least 2-3lbs of tension if not a little more...and again, for HOURS at a time.
 
I think I would of started hanging sooner. I Penis Enlargemented for 2-3 years, very consistently, and it took me from 6 inches EL to 6.5 EL. After a month my typical routine consisted of 30-40 min of basic stretches in all directions, maybe even a few blasters and V-stretches, 15-20 min of squeezes and 30 min of jelqing.

Now I follow a more relaxed routine and I have stood to gain even more in a little over a year and a half with hanging. I hang with fairly light weight whenever I study. This averages to be 3-4 days a week with about 1 1/2 hours of hang time during those days. I have also tried the IPR routine and have taken month breaks at a time but I have went from 6.5 to 7.5 EL, not to mention bigger glans and base girth. Hanging scared me at first because I didn't like that most hangers bite down before the pressure is applied to the tissues of the dick. Vacuum hangers are a Godsend to me; but like the bib and others, vacuum hangers have their risks too.

The key to all things in Penis Enlargement is to progress very slowly. For instance I'm just now hanging 10 lbs after hanging for a year and a half, and after 30 minutes I can feel it working. I now keep my sets at around 30 minutes. This keeps fluid build-up in check by giving the lymph system time to collect it before a blister forms. Plus its at around this time that my penis becomes cold too.

If your interested in hanging shop around first. I've heard good things about the Grip and I own both Monkeybars' Vacu-hanger and the Max-Vac I & II. The Max-Vac II is my favorite but the Vacu-hanger is nice too. And I only hang pump-less, but that should change soon because I'm awaiting a replacement hanger so I can use my pump.

I guess other than that I would of started pumping sooner too, its a nice complement to girth work when done in moderation. All this talking about the past is making me think of the future...and how much jelqs have been lacking in my current routine.
 
I'd second everything that has been said about hanging here. I wish I could have done it better/sooner (but was underage and couldn't handle ordering Penis Enlargement shit). I own both TheGRIP (vacuum) and The Bib Starter (vice). I rarely ever hang anymore, but when I don't want to deal with the hassle, I just strap on my vacuum chamber and do whatever lightweight hanging I feel like doing. Vaccum hangers can be used more privately than vice hangers.

I'd honestly try pumping with a 10 x 2.25" tube. It'd work more length for you given your girth is so large. I just recently ordered a 10 x 2" tube to work length more when pumping.

Pumping and jelqing are a great combination.

I kind of expected mixed reactions to either the vice hangers or the vacuum hangers and that we had...lol

I know that both have their merits and downfalls...havent't we all??!!

I would like to know how all these opinions become numbers...i.e. to put it simple...how many inches ( or tenths of inch ) you got with which device...that's it...I also know there are no formulas, no exact numbers, we are all different, what may work for some may not for others etc etc...

But please bear with me:

"I used a bib for X months/years and got Y inches from it..." or even " i have only done manual work and that gave me Z inches so far..." or something simple along these lines so we all can see right away what becomes outstanding and further analise it...

From what i already "see" here i found out that keeping vacuum under 30 minutes at a time keeps fluid buildup away...good info there...i see other "things" like general preference of the vacuum devices over the vice ones...So we're getting somewhere already...

This will help not just me, but many others i'm sure.

I've gained most of my 2" from BIBs' products....home made/purchased so far. I'm only just now beginning to use the Max Vac stuff. It is however (Max Vac) giving me the same fatigue/soreness I used to get from the BIB hangers.
