Hi all.

When I do the newbie stretches - I dont feel anything but the "burn" under the glans (because I have my grip below the glans)

I dont feel anything at the base - only this somewhat pain under my glans.

Why dont I feel anything? Is it okay not to feel the stretch in the ligs?
 
Some guys have base pain for their entire pe history while others never get it. It is not an indication of gains at all. You may want to use a light wrap around the gripping area, this will help alleviate some of the pressure.

What do you suggest for wrapping to ease the pain under the glans and still maintain an awesome grip?

My current routine is:

3x sets of newbie stretches - all directions
3x sets of sock stretches - down, left, right, up.
(considering adding 3x mandingo stretches or some footlongs)
300 jeqls.

I do this routine 6 days a week.

The best thing for grip, in my opinion, is gloves: robber, latex, leather, all great choices, latex being the best.

The only real indicator of gains is measurements. I have only occasionally, over the past 8 years, have felt burn. In my first months I would feel it almost daily but it eventually faded but I continues to make great gains. Trust the ruler!
 
Since I started using the latex gloves, I have gotten a far better grip!
BUT, the skin under my glans hurts like hell now, it gets irritated, burns and sore. What should I do?

I still dont feel it at the base though, which is kinda annoying knowing all the newbies should be able to feel it in the ligs.
Im working 5 days a week, and I started last week.

I have been doing Penis Enlargement on/off since may 2010 (working out a little over a week, then take one and a half months break, and then do it over again)
I have gained 0,7 inches in BPFSL since then, and thats without consistent work.
Now im planning to be consistent, but I really cant stretch as good with that burn under my glans.
Any suggestions?
 
Try reverse kegels, apply pressure going down from the top of the penis (Like a V shape) which creates more tension to the ligaments and was dubbed a V-Stretch back in the days.

Should I give it the rest of the week off, only doing jelqs, PC work and no stretching?

Have you tried lowering your grip a bit, maybe the area you are gripping is too sensitive. Try a lower grip.

How about base stretching? This is a good expressive exercise that should be far enough away to avoid soreness.
 
Well, if you mean just pulling by the base (or is it a special exercise? if yes, could u please link it?)
When I stretch by the base I just feel im stretching the skin.
 
Have you tried some of Blue_Whales stretches? especially the mother of all lig stretches? they specifically isolate and target the suspensory ligament. Also my V-SES and the DLD 'A' stretch (Blasters) do. Remember to utilize the reverse kegel when targeting ligs as well.
 
Well those stretches require that i pull by the glans - which my problem is at the moment... I cant.
It hurts too fucking much :p I think the latex gloves for 5 days in a row was too much for the skin below the glans.
 
So what should I do? base stretching even though I only feel it like its the skin thats stretching?
Drop stretching for the rest of the week, double the jelqs and focus on girth work until it has healed up?
 
some of that irritation may be from the latex. I just experienced this after two days of latex gloves. GREAT stretch! BUT, my hands got really irritated and so did the skin my my dick. So I picked up some non latex and baby powder. Heck, don't even need the gloves right now, the powder works great by itself.

Bottom line is you may not know you have an allergic reaction to latex. I certainly didn't because I've never had an issue with condoms. But, turns out I did have a mild reaction.

+1 baby powder for manual stretches
 
I did use baby powder, but then my glans would hurt too, but for other reasons.. too tight grip maybe, I dont know.

Well its not a reaction since I can see a "mild bruising" sort of speak. like some skin torn off or something - sounds dramatic, but doesn't look dramatic, just hurts like hell.

3 sets of 30 secs sock stretches (60 seconds on the upward)
25 DLD blasters
25 DLD bundled blasters

300, 2 second jelqs.

100 quick kegels
50, 5 second kegels
1, 60 second kegels.

What do you think?
A question regarding the blasters. If you sit in a chair, are you supposed to pull out (towards your knees) or down (towards your feet) ?

I think that sounds very good. On the Blasters, I like to go in as many angles as I can to be sure to reap all the gains.
