My current routine is:
3 sets of 30 secs newbie stretching
3 sets of 30 secs sock stretches (60 seconds on the upward)
25 DLD blasters
25 DLD bundled blasters
300, 2 second jelqs.
100 quick kegels
50, 5 second kegels
1, 60 second kegels.
What do you think?
A question regarding the blasters. If you sit in a chair, are you supposed to pull out (towards your knees) or down (towards your feet) ?
