I started seriously stretching on Nov. 1. Even missed five days straight towards end of November and measured yesterday. Happy to report erect length has increased to just a hair over 5.5 inches!! w00r!!

Were you doing just the basic stretches or one of the length excercises?

I gain best in length from the basic stretches.
 
GREAT GAINS!! "against odds21" This should be a real incentive to you and anyone that reads this that has any doubts. Gains can be made with minimal effort and in a short time as well. Keep up the good work and start a log here to record you gains and keep us all updated ,if you haven't already. Great job! Keep up the good work. Imagine if you invested even more time.
 
i agree with the fact that newbie stretches are awesome. i went from 5.5 EL to 6.0 EL in just over a month. too bad those gains haven't continued. this kinda motivates me to go back to stretchin hard, i have only been workin on girth lately
 
yeah, keep up that hard work fella and your "fella" will reward you both.

I had good results the first month and a half and things took off from there as far as "really getting into Penis Enlargement."
 
wait untill i post my one month girth gains..i swear i am gonna be a shocker i can tell just by the feel....one month on Dec 16...my length gains i don't know..my flacid is bigger ..so might get some crazy newbie gains too.
 
Good to see some responses. I'm gonna be tugging when I can. I only take time off if other things are in the way or if I'm sore. Pretty much stretch 30-45 minutes, with 30 second to a minute stretches and plenty of heat whenever I feel it tightening up.

To one of the questions, yes this is only from manual stretches. Doing about 100-200 jelqs in the shower, also helping with harder erections I think, but not contributing to the length gain.

As some of you may have noticed in the FR section my skin is much more loose and my nuts have increased in size. They hang lower when loose, which I'm not much on, but will deal with. When they are tight, man its more impressive to me than the length for now.
 
Lol, ah man what I wouldn't give to be able to have started at 7 inches lol. I'm still trying to get there. Wish me luck. WE are all NUTS here lol. It's great motivation though. In about 3 years about a little over 50% of us are going to be saying "Ah, what I wouldn't give for newbie gains again." Meanwhile, our signature reads 12 X 7.

I managed 0.5 in my first month and about 0.25 every month since, my girth is up this month as well!! (finally)

Bump...

Gained two tenths in December. I didn't get, but one or two workouts mid month and here at the end when I got a chance to stretch I had a sharp pain and will have to lay off for a little while. At least I gained a little.

I'm doing reverse kegals with ULI's to help increase my head size in the mean while and a little jelqing in the shower.
