I got some pics with the measurements, check them out.
I want to achieve atleast 7" in length and 6.5" of girth..... how long do you think it will take, i know i have to be patient but wanted to know a sought of estimated time i can expect gains and when i should measure again

Patience is a virtue my friend, the routines here are great and do work; but you have to be committed 100% and focused on your end result.

I will take as long as it takes, all people are different...some may get results faster than others...but when you start seeing some gains you'll be motivated.

The [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] is great fun and really effective, I used for a while but tend to favour the manual work now as I get better results and less water retention.

I'm Using first routine

Here's my routine so far:

Basic Stretching: 3 Sets of each stretch below
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Down Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Out Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Right: 30-seconds
Straight Up Rotary Stretches: 25-Cranks

Everytime i go to the toilet i do 1 set of basic streches Down, Center ,Top, Left and Right holding them for 20 - 30 seconds. I'm really trying to gain as much lenght as possible that would be my main goal.

Some jelging in the evening and kegels when i'm driving to work in the mornings and on the way home.

So if there is anything i can add in for lenght /streches anything let me know

Well it's nearly been a month now and i've mainly done the basic stretches i have missed a day or two because i was busy and couldnt fit it in and i wont up late.... :( The jelg has not been so consistant and i've only done it maybe once a week, pc muscles i do when driving to work in the mornings.
I will take some new measurements and post them up. I'm still wondering what else can i do or change to get more length gains??
p.s. i'm still waiting for my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and hope that will dramatically make some good gains....

Also i somethimes lose my grip with manual stretches can you guys give me any suggestions? i used powder and tried the ok grip both palm upwards and palm downwards it's ok but my grip is then half on my penis head and not below the glands (sometimes stretches my skin more than ligament)
 
Losing grip is annoying but i have heard that using toilet roll can aid this although i just regrip.

As for increasing gains, stick with what you are doing now although do the jelqs everyday and in high number.
