I wanted to make stretching in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] more effective and I'm always looking for a catalyst. I tried 2 new stretches today and they're very effective.
[words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] Bridge Stretch

You need a thick piece of card board, popsicle stick or any other semi rigid "bridge" piece. I've included a diagram to show what I'm doing. Should be about 0.5" thick and 2-3" long. I got this idea from reading about how A or V stretches are far more effective than regular straight stretches. I'm doing even amount of time with an A Bridge Stretch as I am with a V Bridge Stretch. The diagram shows a V type of Bridge Stretch. For A type you would place the bridge on the bottom of the penis instead of on the top. For this stretch I am locking out to get as much intensity as possible.

You can also raise the height of the bridge by using a thicker object or by stacking bridge pieces. You probably won't want to do spring stretches on this as it would be less effective. Not 100% sure on that but it's my theory since I figure you don't want any give on the stretch.

This one has no diagram, but are like DLD bundled stretches in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. You'll most likely need a shorter setup to do this. Take the head of your penis, twist it 2-3 times clockwise or counter clockwise and fasten it to the end piece. Use the thumbscrews to stretch out. That's it!

Hydromaxm, the bundled thing could be perfect for going outside b/c of the shorter setup = better concealable.
I'm not quite sure what bundled stretching is attacking though. Is it a girth exercise??

On the A and V stretches: They look interesting, but again: could you link to someone saying A/V - stretches are more effective?

Very cool idea! I would think this would be awesome for guys who want to correct a curve, or add one:)

I don't remove the springs but I use the thumbscrews until the springs are locked. No visible tension lines aree avilable.
 
I found a more rigid bridge piece to use and I also put the original memory foam piece that came with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] between the bridge and the top/bottom of the penis. Much more comfortable.

The results have been great after the first day. After the bridge stretches, my penis was noticeably longer (approximately 1cm). Great stretch. I just started with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] today and I was easily longer with a lot more give than usual on an initial strap.

The bundled [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] stretches worked well, but there was some pinching. Different kind if stretch. I'm going to focus on the bridge stretches for now since I noticed great results.
 
My new bridge pieces are plastic.
Approximately 2.5-2.75" long, 1/8" tall, and 1" wide.

I have 2 of these pieces and am using one in front of the other for a wider bridge because the first time I did some quick girth exercises and my girth was visibly thicker from just one bridge piece.

2 bridge pieces with adequate tension is stretching both the length AND width of the penis. It's like doing straight stretches, AND clamping the shaft of your penis at the same time creating a full volume stretch. I've also noticed that I can wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] much longer when using a bridge. I'm not sure why, but the indirect tension seems to help with this.

I'll be moving the bridge pieces towards the based to gain more girth near there and moving them towards the head for more girth stretching near the top of the shaft. I'm also doing kegels at the same time.

An overall volume stretch!
 
After several more days with the bridge stretches I'm ready to take it a step further. I'm going to try CLAMPenis EnlargementD bridge stretches next.

This is where I'll do a regular bridge stretch, but apply another flat bridge pieces on top (or under - depending on A or V bridge) and use velcro or elastics to clamp the penis. A sandwich would be the best way to describe this. I'm hoping to get additional girth stretching out of this exercise and is similar to the DLD exercise where your pull your penis forward and compress the shaft with the palm of your hand except you do it with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and bridge pieces.

I'm getting really good girth gains from doing the bridge stretches and this should give it a bit more intensity.

Before I started the Bridge Stretches I could max out the setup but it was a real stretch with some discomfort. I also felt that I was plateauing and couldn't get to the next set of rods easily. Some days I could use the med bars, some days I couldn't.

Bridge stretches have worked well for me and I'll be continuing to do these with regular stretching and wide bridge stretching in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. Highly recommended.

I can confidently say yes. About 1cm flaccid gain since I started with these stretches for a couple of weeks.

Just wondering, what do you think would be the best way to incorporate these into a routine? Seems like you'd need to keep a closer eye on things while bridged and probably limit the length of time spent bridged as well.

I really want to try these (I'm thinking of starting out trying to use some Q-tips as a "soft" flexible bridge. Do you think it'd be best to try a bridge out say once a week? An hour at a time? I'm averaging about 7-8 hours a day w/the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and couldn't see spending the whole day with a bridge on. Yeah I def. will, I'm thinking about maybe adding on a bridge during the last 10 min. of every 1 hr or 1 1/2 hr set instead of longer periods(tried it earlier and these ARE intense). These must be great for breaking out of a plateau!

Hi DongQuixoteXxX. 10 minutes to start off with is a good idea. I can get in an anywhere from 30 minutes to and hour per bridge type (A and V) but have also been using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for a longer period of time. Try to get equal time with A and V bridge stretches.

Q-Tips may break and ideally you'll want a wider bridge piece. I'm using 2 bridge pieces similar in size to a domino and I wrap the old memory foam piece from the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] around it to help with comfort. At first I used thick/strong cardboard. Whatever works!

Could you give some more info on what you use as a bridge? Just a piece of wood?
Any problems with it slipping out? Other ideas on what to use?

Be sure whatever you use it is flexible and smooth, a piece of wood may be very uncomfortable. Someone mentioned Q-Tips but not sure how that went.
 
I can confirm that a q-tip is just the right length to span from just outside of one rod, across the penis, and just outside the other. I put a slight bend in mine because frankly I'm a little scared about going too intense with this just yet. I also tried running a strip of gauze from the side of one rod, across and then outside the other rod, which also provides a gentle cross-stretch when pulled taut.

I wonder if this method could be used to create an upward bend, the coveted (by me) "g-spot tickler". Over time, I'm sure it's possible.

How many q-tips are you using?
 
Ehhh ... I just tried the one but I suppose several can be laid out in a row to increase the area of full-volume stretch. Glad to be among the pioneers here!
 
For the bridge pieces I'm using plastic domino sized pieces from water bottles designed for small pets. It's the plastic clamp pieces that you use to clamp the cage bars. These pieces have ridges on one side of it, so when I make the bridge they don't slide off. The bottles are relatively cheap. I'll take some pics of what I'm using when I get a chance.

You really can use almost anything as long as it stays put when you make the bridge. I even folded a toilet paper tube a couple of times and that worked.

I can't wait to try this, hopefully Sunday night. I will try a variety of bridges to find one I like best. I will post my results here in this thread.
 
Here are pictures of my bridge pieces.

approximately 1" x 2.5"


When I do the bridge I start with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] compressed (I push it towards the base) and lodge in the pieces above or below depending if I want A or V bridge stretches.

You can use as many pieces as you want. I am using 2. Stacked helps with length gains with the taller point of tension, and beside helps with girth and length gains (but less effective than stacked)

Once I have the bridge pieces in, I adjust the thumbscrews until they can no longer be turned without assistance. I vary the placement of the bridge pieces depending on the area I want to stretch or focus on (base, mid, near the glands).

The memory foam helps with comfort and is more comfortable than without. Be CAREFUL not to push too hard with V stretches because the bridge pieces are pushing on the top of your penis where the dorsal nerve is (I think that's the right description). Use good judgement and never push past pain. There shouldn't be any.

Hopefully the pictures give you a better idea of what I'm doing.

One option I haven't tried yet is super high bridges where I lodge the pieces in on the thin edge. I'm too lazy to switch rods but I might give it a try tonight.
 
You can always bridge. I was using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] regularly since I haven't for a while and out of curiosity I thought I would try bridging even though the tension was at the limits. I couldn't extend the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] anymore and it seemed like my stretch was as high tension as I could get.

Even at this tension I pushed on the mid shaft and there was a bit of give (not much) so I tried bridging and to my surprise it worked. I have tried this a couple of times since and I found I can always do bridges no matter how high the current tension is when wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. I'm using a single bridge piece, not the double as I usually do.

The worn out feeling afterwards is awesome and I get a massive hang. Add in kegels and you get an excellent high tension stretch.
 
this sounds awesome definitely going to try it. just wondering if it matters which direction i should point the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] during the various bridging exercises. i spend alot more time pointing downward so i can conceal my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] around the house, can you do V bridge and A bridge both pointing downwards or should i point the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] upwards when doing the V stretch? Any help would be much appreciated, thank J1L and thanks to DLD for inspiring people to inspire others with innovations.

It is a genius exercise, I think it is one of the greatest uses of fulcrum I have seen since the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PowerAssist[/words]!
 
Just picked up on this thread, but I been thinkin bout how to do this with my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for some time. I got a piece of 3/4" or 1" pvc and cut to width of the device, drilled holes in the sides for the rods to go through. Now I can stretch over the top, under it, or slide it up or down the rods depending on where I want it.
