Followed by cockring with hourly jelqing


Girth is now 5.3eg meaning I've gained .5" in eg so far ☺

I'm hoping this routine will get me to 5.6EG by xmas!

Looks like a very good routine..i don't know anything about clamping,but the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] jelqs supersets and the cock ring sounds very good...if the 15 min x 2 clamping is ok , then that's a very intense girth routine.

Excellent routine and I love how you use the Bundled stretches before each session, every smart. What do you mainly attribute the girth gain from?
 
4.8 to 5.1 was my noobie gains from years ago. Jelqs and a bit of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words].


2015 saw me return with clamping mid may. 😁

Just measured now, wasn't even fully hard but was still a legit 5.3 which is great


Time to step it up though!
