In response to dmoney's thread, I have come up with a pretty good flaccid girth exercise. I've been doing it for a while, I didn't really realize I was doing it until this thread came up. I do these at the end of a girth session when I've [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'ed all the blood out of my dick. It actually provides a really powerful stretch if you want it to.

1) Start at about 50% erection. Not turtled, but hanging straight down with a lot of blood in it.
2) Grab the head of your dick, palm down, thumb toward your belly.
3) OK grip the base of your penis.
4) Slide up about 1-2 inches, that's all you need.
5) Release the OK grip
6) Kegal in more blood.
8) Replace OK grip at the base.

9) Repeat 4-8 as needed

From here, it is possible to use the trapped blood as leverage to actually pull your dick outward using the OK grip hand, not as much the hand gripping the glans. The glans grip hand can be pushed down, creating an extreme lig stretch. I don't do this since I'm only in it for girth. The glans grip hand can also be bent around for some DLD Bend style action.

I usually do this exercise at the end of a workout, or when I go to take a piss. It really leaves a lot of blood in the dick and lets it hang low, without me having to pop a woodie in the men's room rofl

Right now I'm on what I'll call a "deconditioning routine" where I've stepped back to a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words]. I'm not sure if it's the new routine or this exercise in particular, but my dick feels GREAT.

Morning under a hot shower:
200 Wet jelqs at 50-80% erect
20 manual constrictor squeezes
5 flaccid girth
10 light rotary stretches

Evening:
10 minutes clamping
10 minutes edging

And that's all.

HOLY COW my morning wood is incredible. I think I'm really on to something with this "deconditioning routine" cycling. For me, I think alternating between a really hard and a really light routine could yield massive gains. I'm thinking:

Expansion week:
Super tough routine every other day. [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s, multi-rep clamp sets, 110% expansion
In between tough days are [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] days, 200 wet jelqs and a few constrictors

Healing week:
Only do the routine I outlined above.

Now I'm going for girth here, people can make up their own routine based on this cycled routine premise for length.

I'll measure in a couple weeks and report back!
 
This work should also allow the penis to hang longer in flaccid state.
