In response to dmoney's thread, I have come up with a pretty good flaccid girth exercise. I've been doing it for a while, I didn't really realize I was doing it until this thread came up. It actually provides a really powerful stretch if you want it to.
1) Start at about 50% erection. Not turtled, but hanging straight down with a lot of blood in it.
2) Grab the head of your dick, palm down, thumb toward your belly.
3) OK grip the base of your penis.
4) Slide up about 1-2 inches, that's all you need.
5) Release the OK grip
6) Kegal in more blood.
8) Replace OK grip at the base.
9) Repeat 4-8 as needed
From here, it is possible to use the trapped blood as leverage to actually pull your dick outward using the OK grip hand, not as much the hand gripping the glans. The glans grip hand can be pushed down, creating an extreme lig stretch. I don't do this since I'm only in it for girth. The glans grip hand can also be bent around for some DLD Bend style action.
