Need desparate help

What's the shaft texture like is it all smooth? It could be that the shaft has a ridge which pushes the vein out I have that in three places its called sclerosing lymphangitis. Mines' pain free though.

so it's probably just the vein resurfacing when your blood flow is increased. Does that make sense?
 
Oh it goes away? We all get that shit too when we go hard with the ulis,ssj,pump, but it dissipates with massage.

The scherosing lymphangitis looks similar it has been there for years not shrinking or growing so I don't even care. Some guys have it despite of not training.

When you get erection and when you stretch the penis blood flow is increasing, maybe not at the rate of specific girth exercise but to some degree. If you are truly worried about this I suggest seeing your doctor and get a referral to a urologist, this will give you the definitive answer you are looking for.
 
I had the same but bigger (and hard), its not a thrombosed vein, its a "lymph vessel" (sclerosing lymphangitis) and I had this for about 2 weeks without doing any exercises but nothing happened, it was still there. One day I tried massage it and the lump was shrinks down, soften and magically disappear. Just try massage it in all directions, circular motion and in different pressure - try and find what works for you and vessel will completely disappear :)

Massage is so important to thrombosis as is heat. It is also a PE injury that requires some rest or the clot can become worse. Dealing with Thrombosis is very simple and explained here: Thrombosis Therapy
