have just been thinking about Penis Enlargement as scientifically and logically as I can. Here is my little piece which has drawn me to my new plan of attack on Penis Enlargement. I plan to do girth one month and length another month. Do them in blocks focusing solely on them. Here is why.

Girth

You have a set number of cells in your penis, once you are done growing. They will not go up, maybe if they are replaced if they are damaged, like a scab sort of. Of course you could inject IGF-1 or possibly a similar growth hormone into your penis. Anyways, in Penis Enlargement your goal is to expand these cells to their maximum, and have them stay that way.

Imagine a cut. Doctors stitch/superglue(yes they sometimes use superglue), to hold the skin together for the it to heal that way. Pick at it too much and you get a scar (scar tissue). Scar tissue is tough to work with and I would imagine in the penis hurts circulation. Anyhow, the point of this is, logically to have the penis cells expand sometimes erupting (red dots), and heal/settle that size you must keep them that size as long as the healing process is, and maybe then some so the cells strengthen. You dont want the cells bursting too soon at least not without expanding enough first.

So my plan of attack is to do a girth workout with clamping so I can achieve maximum engorgement, then do girth exercises to go beyond normal maximum engorgement to expand/burst the cells. As in bodybuilding, the growth takes place on rest, not on work. This is why every other day girth routines or everyday girth routines just arent as effective as hardcore ones with good rest, unless you are a fast healer.

Pretty much I would rather do a hardcore routine and rest for a few days than work every day and overwork myself. This way I am almost guaranteed gains. Every workout if you feel you have worked yourself hard and are satisfied will bring some gains, no matter how minuscule.

Now you are probably thinking 1 day with 2-3 day rest isnt good for girth. You are correct. If I did girth 1 day then rested 2-3 days just normally I wouldnt gain much if at all. The trick is in keeping your engorgement.

Expand your cells past the max and keep them there, so they can heal that way. Once they heal they might be, lets say 1% bigger than last time. Since they are a normal healthy, unhurt cell, you can expand it another 1% of your new total size and keep your engorgement so it heals back again.

So my plan of attack goes like so. Day 1 Pop 50-100mg 5:30 viagra 6-7pm clamp routine, 7-10pm stay clamped and engorged, masturbate to keep engorgement. 10pm-7am keep [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ACE[/words] wrap tight around base as I sleep so night erections are more engorged than normal. Day 2 7:30am pop a viagra clamp off, play pocket pool think sexual thoughts to keep wood. 11ish @ lunch take off in bathroom, 11am-5:30 break. 5:30pm pop viagra 50-100mg viagra 6-10pm keep engorgement. 10pm-7am keep wrapped in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ace[/words] wrap @ base. Day 3, repeat day 2 up to 7am on Day 4.

Day 4 take a break until 5:30pm and start back @ day 1 routine.

This will get you in 2 girth routines a week, with the most practical/possible max engorgement to allow your cells to heal that way. Cost ya like 20$ a month on viagra. Cialis is probably a better alternative, practical wise and probably cost effective wise.

Length

I say pretty much get a gradually increasing intensity routine that gradually decreases to keep fatigue always on the ligs/tunica. I personally start with basic stretches, then DLD blasters, bundled blasters, three-legged stretching, plyometric blaster/jerk/thingies, then back down the pyramid of intensity to three-legged stretching, bundled blasters, dld blasters, and I skip basic stretches again because they are warmup. You can do the same hanging. Start light weight, go up to heavy, then back down to light.

Now. The most effective way and much easier than girth, to get length gains is to keep the tiny tears in the tunica and ligaments open. ADH (all day hanging) is the way to go. You need constant weight, not constant tugging, so a [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] wont do.

I personally use the circular golf weights. Very inconspicuous under baggy clothes. I do 2lbs and I can hang that for a long time before I get too fatigued and do a break.

With the ADC (all day clamping) and ADH (all day hanging) you can see why I need to split up my months into girth months and length months.

Your logic is kind of flawed. The cells actually do divide and multiply when subjected to the continuous stresses of Penis Enlargement, resulting in increased tissue mass. That said, I still think your routine would yield excellent gains.
 
I would suggest that adaptation from [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ADS[/words] is a different mechanism of growth to that of exercise. Here's why (feel free to point out if I'm missing anything):

With exercise you are damaging fibres. I would expect this damage will cause some cell apoptosis, while at the same time upregulate hormonal receptors in that area to signal that repair work is required. Hopefully with frequent engorgement this would be at best a 2 steps forward one step back.

With plastic deformation from continuous light stress there would be less cell damage (and apoptosis), but reduced call for new growth. This would probably cause an additive effect in cell quantity but at a much reduced rate than the more serious exercise damage.

In a nutshell, that is why I believe there might be some merit to Supras IGF-1 experiments, as it would have a dual effect of encouraging growth while inhibiting the apoptosis that would normally occur (p53 gene?).

Look like a good plan to me too, I agree with Pat on the division of cells but this error works in your favor and will make your workout yield even more gains.
