Hi guys, I'm pretty new in this forum but not generally new to pe.

I'm doing pe for 12 weeks.My routine was this:

Stretching routine:

Stretching in following directions for 30 sec:straight up, up to the belly ,straight down, left and right.
I repeat it 4 times.
Altogether this session was 10 min.

After this i stretched 20 min up-wards.I hold each stretch for 5-15 sec.

Next step was a 20-30 min jelq session.

The total time of my workout was 50-60 min.
I made no gains with this routine.

So i changed my routine.
Now I'm hanging.
This is my routine:

I hang 9 lbs OTS for 4x15 min(total 1 hour)5-6times per week.
Some days i hang 8x15 min(total:2 hours).
I use the Bib Hanger.

I don't want to give up, because i want to know if pe really works.
Now its a ultimate challenge for me.
When i have made my penis bigger , i will be the king. A person who achieved something, the doctors and the whole world say it couldn't be done.

I hope that the guys in this forum will support me and give me some advice.

My stats:
5,4 NBP
6-6,3 BP
5,1 EG

My goal is 1 inch NBP in length.
I hope i will reach it one day.

Today i was hanging for 70min.

I go up with time in my first two sets.

Set 1-2 20min 9 lbs OTS
Set 3-4 15 min 9 lbs OTS

After this i did 15 min jelqing.

It really does work and it is the guys who understand that sometimes gains take a bit of time are the ones who eventually do gain. You are on the right track by searching for a better routine. Perhaps i do some ulis in the next days.But at the moment, i don't know how many sets of ulis i should do and for how long i should hold the uli.
I'm not sure now, because i want only length gains.

Today i was hanging 4 20 min sets OTS.I used 9 lbs.
After this 15 min jelqing and 5 min ulis.

My short-term goal is to hang 10 hours per week.
I don't know if i can realize it this week,but i try. I'm still new to hanging.
When i reach the 10 hours per week, i will raise up the weight to 11 lbs.

Next week i plan to hang 5 20 min sets 6 days per week.I hope i will have the privacy for that.
If i could realize this, it would mean that i do pe 10 hours per week and 100 min per day.
 
your size is pretty much the same as mine hope you gain goals are pretty close too how wide is it just want too know for comparison. thanks.
 
Today i go up in time.
I hang 5 20 min sets OTS with 10 LBS(100 min net hanging time).
It was hard and i had a big discoloration.Now after 2 hours, everything is normal again.
I will think it over, if i hang 5 sets this week.

I hang 4 20 min sets OTS with 10 LBS.
 
Yesterday i missed my pe training because i had no privacy.SHit.

Today i hang 4 20 min sets OTS with 10 LBS.
 
The last week i hang 6 days.
It was 4 20 min sets OTS with 10 LBS.

I dont now if i write my report in weeks or days in the future.
 
It has been awhile since your last update, how are things progressing?
 
Sorry DLD,but i was busy in the last time.

I have a gain to report.
Now I'm 5,9 NBP.This is gain of 0,5 inch.
My unit is longer now,first i thought i lost some weight,but my weight is the same as i started pe.
I'm happy but i will only believe in pe, when i hit the 6,3 NBP.

I changed my routine.Now i hang for 100min.
I try to make no rest days.

I don't know where my gains came from.Perhaps from hanging,perhaps not.
Perhaps it was from the 1 month jelqing break i don't know.
This is the reason why i ask you DLD and some others, which is a good combining routine to my hanging.

dex, I feel your hesitation and would love you to read this article I wrote on belief.

In addition to HANGING I always push a manual stretch routine also. IIn the thread I linked to above you will find a very nice fulcrum stretch routine. As far as GIRTH goes; what are your goals? There are many different routines out there but I like to get an idea of what folks are doing and what kind of gains they have made before making any suggestions.

I'm not a native speaker so i need a lot more time to read and understand the threads in this forum.

You ask for my girth goal,i have no girth goal yet,because I'm only interested in length gains.
I read that much girth is not so good for length gains.If this is true, i don't know.
But i want to concentrate only on length now.

My girth is 5,1 inch erect.Is not much but its not bad.I can live with that.
When i reached my length goal, i will do a girth routine.
My goal in girth will be 5,5 inch,my dream will be 6 inch.
 
Hi guys,

i changed my routine.
Now i hang 3 hours total per day.I split the hanging in two sessions,1 in the morning and one in the afternoon.
I use 14 lbs now.

I hope my new routine will help me to gain.
 
Hi guys,I'm back from a long break.I have made some gains .

Now I'm 6,1 NBPenis EnlargementL, i gained 0,2inch during that break.
I want to start pe again.But i have a discoloration,i don't know if i should go on.
 
bro u gotta stick with it, ur a little more than a quarter inch away if u continue hanging n do some manual stretches im positive u can reach your goals in a month or so. u seem to be a hard gainer, but im sure if u continually add new things, ull eventually find the ones that work the best, u just gotta keep at it. im not a fast gainer, i feel discouraged sometimes. but ive seen a measurable difference and so have u, u know it works, just do it!

My new stats:
NBPenis EnlargementL:6,3 inch.

I hope i will get the other 0,2 inch.
 
Its me again.
I need some help.
I happy that im 6,3 inch NBPenis EnlargementL now.I measured it in a sitting position.When i was measuring in a standing position today,im was smaller.
Before this measurement, i was happy that im average in almost every size study now, except the size study of Durex, which says the average length is 6,4 inch.
As i said, i was very happy about it.Although about the fact, that in a lot of Internet forums, women say they are fine with a 16 cm(=6,3 inch)penis.
I felt good and was confident to reach my goal of 6,5 inch NBPenis EnlargementL and (perhaps) setting up my goals a little bit higher.
But now i do not know where I'm standing,hope you understand me.

I also started a threat in the major forum about how to measure.

Im doing pe again since 2 month. Im only doing 10 min of stretching.

I did no Penis Enlargement for 1 year. Before that i only stretched for 10 min per day.
Now i want to start Penis Enlargement again. My goal is to gain 2 cm. Then im done with Penis Enlargement.

I started Penis Enlargement on Monday. My routine is 10 min stretching. I will train 6 days per week.
Next week i will incorporate 10 min of jelqing so my routine will be 10 min stretching and 10 min jelqing.
 
So my first week of Penis Enlargement is over. I did the stretching for 7 days. I think i will do the same in the future.
Today i changed my routine. I add ten minutes of jelqing to my 10 min of stretching. I think i will do this regime for quite a while. Im watching out for incresed morning wood. If this is the case, i know for sure that im doing nothing wrong.
Guys, wish me luck that i will gain my 2 cm.
 
My second week of Penis Enlargement is over. I trained 7 days. I did 10 min of stretching and 10 min of jelqing. I also did some kegels.

Next week i will do the same routine, but i will try to do kegels everyday.
 
My third week of Penis Enlargement is over. I trained on 7 days. My routine was 10 min of stretching and 10 min of jelqing.

Hey, im 2 days late, normally im posting each sunday. So here is the routine i did for the last week (till sunday october the 7 th).
From Monday- Thursday i was doing 10 min of stretching and 10 min of jelqing. On Friday i was only stretching for 10 min. On Saturday and Sunday i took 2 days off.
So far im doing Penis Enlargement for 5 weeks. Next week i will give an update on sunday like i normally do. Actually im thinking of changing my routine.
 
6 weeks are over. On wednesday i changed my routine. 20 min stretching and 10 min of jelqing. I have trained on 7 days.
 
7 weeks are over. I only trained on 6 days this week. I did 20 min of stretching and 10 min of jelqing per day.
 
8 weeks are over. I did Penis Enlargement on 6 days this week. I did 20 min of stretching and 10 min of jelqing. I also incorporated a warm up in my routine. I used a warm wash cloth.
 
9 weeks are over. Last week i did Penis Enlargement on 5 days. I did 20 min stretching and 10 min of jelqing. I dont know may be i should start worrying about gains yet, since i didnt gain yet.
 
Im sorry, i didnt had time to write my routine for the last 4 weeks.
In week 11.11.-11.18. i did 20 min stretching and 10 min jelqing;5 days/week
In week 11.18.-11.25. i did 20 min stretching and 10 min jelqing;5 days/week
In week 11.25.-12.02. i did 20 min stretching and 10 min jelqing;5 days/week
In week 12.02.-12.09. i had no time for Penis Enlargement
This means that i do Penis Enlargement since 14 weeks, but only 13 weeks active.

One thing i forgot to tell. Since 11.04 my flaccid stretched lenght is 0.2 inches longer. The problem is that i didnt gained NBPenis EnlargementL.

I think i will downsize my goal. My goal is grow 0.4 inch NBPenis EnlargementL. Then my NBPenis EnlargementL will be 6.7 inches.
