Another option if you can afford it ($60-200). Would be to get an IR lamp and do your 10 minute sessions under the lamp if you can't warm up and down.

Well is there like a dry cool down I can do? As that's kind of the point of the 10 Minute work out. As the Ball and LigPC Stretch counts as a warm up, but doesn't have a cool down :/

I personally won't 'tug' or engorge without warm up/down It makes a huge difference. Warm up and warm down are almost more important to me than the actual Penis Enlargement. warm up gives me a better work out, warm down gets back quicker and harder without injury.

I did most of my phase one without either. Didn't suffer any injuries from lack of warm up or down. But the last two weeks when I could do it I had the best workouts, and made most of my gains.

Your situation is what it is, all I'm saying is if you can't warm up and down even for a minute each...doing a warm down session at night will help that area your grabbing to heal before your morning session. That means it won't be as sore, and you can hit it harder than had you not done a warm down session at all.

Well at the moment I can't really do the warm up, I will do when I have an opportunity for longer time I will, which will be next year. though my exercise does have a warm up, it just doesn't have a cool down.

I'm not advocating not warming up or warming down, but you would be doing all ten minutes 3 x day under a warmer, making your penis pliable, more workable, plus the healing benefits and blood circulation benefits of the IR lamp - significantly reducing risk of injury, getting more intense workouts, and promoting healing.

Didn't take you as being smart.


They have some smaller handheld Warmers and massager/warmer.

I think the massager would make too much noise but there may be a handheld warmer that would work.

Just trying too throw some creative ideas your way to help you out.

Though next year I will try & do more than what I am doing now.

Well I'm a little concern as when I am stretching, I feel tag tI need the tight grip so that my dick or are you talking about jelqing? Well it might be a problem at the moment with warm ups & cool downs, as of timing, I can do a warm up in the morning & a cool down at the evening, but next year is more when I can do them.
