I’m going to do some experimenting with a new routine that I have thought up. Some of you might think it’s a little too much. From what I understand, you can really never stretch too much. I do believe you can overdo your girth work though. So I decided to do more sessions of stretching, than sessions of girth work. I’m hoping to gain both girth and length from this routine. So here it is.

After my morning shower I’ll do various manual stretches for like 15 min, using the shower as a warm up. The first five min of the session I’ll be doing light to medium stretches. The last 10 min I’ll up the intensity to 100% to 110%.

When I get off work at 3 pm I’ll do my girth routine, 20min wet jelq, or until I get a decent pump. Then I’ll mix in some various squeezes, doing whatever type of squeeze I feel like doing at that time. I’ll hold the squeeze for 20 to 30 seconds, doing 5 reps with each hand. 10 squeezes = a set. Between sets I’ll jelq for 50 jelqs 3-second jelqs. I’ll be doing 3 sets of these working my way up to 10 by the end of my cycle. My cycle length is to be 3 months. This girth routine is to be done every other day because it’s very intense. On the days I don’t do the girth workout I’ll do 30 min of stretching working every angle. I'll finsh my gorth workout with slow jelqs working the intesity level down.

Before I go to bed I’ll take a shower for warm up then do 15 min of stretching. Basically repeating the work out from the morning, but working at a different angle.

I think 3 shorter more intense stretching workouts would show more results than 1 long drawn out stretching session. Your ligaments wouldn’t have too much of a chance to tighten up and would stay loose making it easier to pull further each time you stretch.

But for girth I took a bodybuilding approach at it. Intensity level incresments with rest time to heal and grow. I hope to make good gains using this routine.

Right now I’m 8 x 6. I start this routine today 1-13-04 and will end it on 4-13-04. Wish me luck! I'll keep this updated, to track my progress!!
 
Yesterday was a success!!!! I got a huge pump going with my girth routine, hell I might have over done it a little bit, since I was so amped up starting this 3 month plan! For the first time in a while I got red spots on my glands. My strecthing routine before bed was beautiful, man my ligs got blasted, man I got a good feeling about this routine I belive I can get some of my much wanted gains from this!!!!
 
I've been doing a lot of manual stretching focusing on the the feeling of the stretch in my penis. My LOT is high around 10. When I stretch I feel my ligs with my free hand and can see that they are very long. So right now I'm doing mostly targeting my ligs to see what kinda of gains I can get from them.

My girth routine is working very good, I get a huge pump after every girth workout, and usually stay plump for most of the day in to the next day. My penis can get very sore, the internal part of it, so I associate that with cell breakdown and growth. good things are happening. I've noticed a big change in my flaccid size, length and girth. So hopefully erect gains will soon follow!!
 
Last night I woke up again with a painful boner, the ache was coming from my ligs, I must have worked the crap out of them, I did some pretty hardcore stretching over the weekend, growing pains can be a bitch! My girlfriend made a comment last night about my penis..hehe...She was on the phone talking to a friend, I came up out the bathroom naked, completley limp, she looked down at my penis and stop in the middle of a sentence and said Damn that thing is hanging lower!!! Then continued her conversation!! Made me feel like all of this is paying off!!

My stretching routine has become pretty intense latley. My LOT is high so I do most of my work on my ligs as of now, but I still do throw in Tunica work as well, but not as much as ligs.

I normally start off with Rotary Cranks 50 with each hand, it a good warm up. I do this with each stretch session.
Then I go to straight down streches 5 with each hand 30 second holds.
I wait about a min between streches for blood flow purposes, I seem to get a better workout by resting about a min between stretches.
After straight down stretches I go to Behind the Cheeks stretch, its an awsome lig stretch, I do 5 with each hand holding from 30 sec to 60 seconds depending on the feelings I'm getting from my stretches.
I finsh off with DLD blasters.
That is just one workout I have, that would be my first one for the day.

Then I'll do one or two more stretching routines thorugh the day, depending on the day, I do girth every other day, so on girth days I do 2 stretching routines, on off girth days I do three stretching routines.

Stretches I use are
A-stretch
DLD-blasters
Straight UP stretches
SO stretches
Pulse 110
Poymetric blasters twice a week
Left and Right stretches
V-stretches
Rotary A-stretch
Also with pulses I rotate my wrist to get an even more intense stretch.
I use isometrics with all my stretches, either flex the PC muscle, or relaxing the PC muscle. I also concentrate on the feeling of the stretch, so I know whats working and whats not, this also keeps the risk level down of a blow out because I'm in touch with the sensations I'm getting from my stretches, Isometrics and concentration of the stretch sensations IMO are very important, plus I belive working at all angles (Range of motion) is also very important part of stretching. Hope this helps! Oh yeah Blood Flow is also very important IMO!

LOL...Well FBSL is really improving and Flaccid hang is awsome these days, erect gains really have not came to quick, My FBPSL is just shy of nine right now! hopefully my erect length will catch up soon! Edging and girth work combined really pump me up, I scared to measure girth I just don't want to be disappointed, I'd rather just do the work and not measure because I see it growing, but the ruler fucks with me especially when measuring girth, length I don't mind. But girth I'll wait awhile!
 
Fear of the ruler is progressive so be sure not to fall into the avoidance game. I know for me measureing becomes more stressful the more I avoid it.
