Had a good workout today I finished a little early today because was strapped for time
other than that it was a good workout and could really feel the stretch threw the ligs and was able to constantly Jelq at about 90% EQ.

Yes I have DLD especially after after jelqing my flaccid hang is pretty thick and when
I woke up today had a fully hard ERECTION. I almost always have an erection when I wake up
but not this engorged and thick like today.

Today's session was good, stretches were really intense and this being the first time I tried Dld's pulse 110 stretches the length portion of my workout was good but was disappointed with Jelqing. because I decided to JELQ without adult entertainment and to my surprise I wasn't able to maintain and Jelq at 100% erection level so I have decided to start a 30 day adult entertainment detox and hopefully after the 30 days I won’t have this problem.

Routine pretty much same as yesterday but I wasn't able to do my kegel routine as I was strapped for time.
The main thing I noticed today was how vascular my penis was as I was Jelqing and how it stayed that way afterwards.

Thanks for the advice EXPO but I was hoping not to use any devices for length or be it girth until I maxed out on my gains using only manual exersices.

The only disappointing thing today was that I did watch adult entertainment and ejaculated like three times in a row. But afterward I did do the pm routine because, I read on a recent post that stretching after masturbation and ejaculation increased the effectivness of the stretches because the penis is expanded and all loose. so I did stretch and the dld pulse 110's did feel different so I decided that every pm workout I am going to jelq first and then do stretches. I am not necceserally going to masturbate as I feel that jelqing expands the penis the same way masturbation does and I think that it should have the same effect anyway that's opinion and what I intend to do.

can't wait till tomorow for another awesome P.E workout (I'm addicted to this:cool:).

Friday 14 dec 2012 day 8: no adult entertainment

Decided to take today off because was feeling soreness in the shaft and the ligaments. I think the soreness was because of the Jelqing/masturbation before stretching yesterday. Im going to continue to do this because I mean nothing is more of indicator for a good workout than soreness the next day. So from tomorrow girth work before length.
