Mission impossible! Kegels only Log!

Day 9: 3000 quick kegels
100 - 5second squeezes
Kegel holds - 5mins 30 sec... 1min over 4sets, 1min 30sec over 1 set
100 reverse kegels,
Really excited after I saw those gains, gonna stay with this routine for like a month.
 
Day 10: 3000 quick kegels
100 - 5second squeezes
Kegel hold - 6mins over 6 sets of 1min
100 reverse kegels, im excited to measure on day 14 or 15, because of seeing a gain last week :)
 
Day 13: 3700 quick kegels
50 - 5second squeezes
Kegel holds - 5min 30sec over 1set of 1:30, and 4 sets over 1min
100 reverse kegels
 
Day 14: 3500 quick kegels
100 - 5second squeezes
Kegel hold - 5mins over 5sets of 1min
100 reverse kegel
I tried to update earlier but it wouldn't let me :/ all good

Was this gain in length or girth? If it was in girth you might make a kegel nut out of me you know since I have a girth obsession and all lol.

Haha, nah it was in length :), I will try and measure again soon, it's just that I live in a house with 4 people, so walking in the bathroom with a tape measure or ruler is quite arkward, especially when I have to walk through someone's room to get to the toilet

You don't have one of those tape measures that roll up? I know what you mean though because back when I was using my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] in the bathroom, I had to put it in a towel to get it into the bathroom but I figure with a tape measure of ruler since they are so thin ... being covert with them should be easier. Like you can put it in your pockets, or inside your waistband or in a towel (I mean when you take a shower or bath you will need a towel anyway so no one will be the wiser). Yep, be covert :).
