Hey everyone, my goal here is to see if it is possible to gain length or girth from ONLY doing kegels and reverse kegels. Seeing that kegels allows your penis too hold more blood therefore MAYBE it will reap results. Too be honest, I don't think I will gain anything but I'm willing to try.
Starting stats NBPenis EnlargementL: 5.5 inches
I will give you other measurements tomorrow when I have privacy. I will measure after 30 days, 60 days and so on. Wish me luck :)
 
DAY 1: 2000 quick kegels
50 - 5 second holds
Squeeze Kegel for 1 min 30 secs
100 reverse kegels
My pc muscle is wrecked lol. At least if I don't gain I will have rock like boners lol

Yeh basically, like maybe like once a week I would do like 50,, haha not knowing what I was doing. So yeh this is kinda new to me :)

I've noticed my flaccid has been bigger, hanging lower lately :)
 
no idea how you are able to hold them that long. most i could ever do at my peak was like 30 seconds. I think if you are going to concentrate and do kegels like that that you might as well throw some hand exercises in there at the same time you are kegeling.

Yeh I hold for 60seconds of 5 sets its pretty hard. Yeh that's the thing this log is about seeing if its possible to gain with only kegels. Hahah is it? I thought I wasn't doing enough. But I'm not sure if I'm doing them correctly cause I don't feel much when I'm trying to do them, just mainly my abs tensing lol.

Don't get me wrong guys this routine probably takes 40-60min. Really focusing on the squeezes
I might take day 7 off,, maybe lol.
 
Thinking more deeply upon this I can see a good reason to do bigger sets of reverse kegels. I think the benefit will be seen mainly in sexual situations and it will more than likely manifest itself as male multiple orgasm, shorter refractory periods and even remain erect after orgasm. These qualities are usually honed in the Reverse Kegel/Kegel sequence that seems to be different for many men. Finding these qualities may, in fact, be easier when more reps of the RK are practiced.

Holy shit! I just measured, seeing I couldn't wait for 1month. So after 1 week from doing about 40mins a day worth of kegels, I have gained 0.1"! It was closer to 0.2",, so I'm going with 0.15" gain in 1 week. It's funny because after about 3-4 days of my routine I realised I looked bigger, it's funny how 0.1" can make a difference.
