Directly after stretching I towel lift for circulation and PC.(does this count as ligament work?)
I'm nearly gonna get into stretching regularly so I hope to gain well.

I don't know when I'm gonna PE full force,but def include sizeblasters, erect stretching, stretch everyday,and hit girth 1on1off.
 
Tunica stretching is done by bundling (Blue Whale's Mandingo Stretch)
Ligs are hit by downward stretches and A stretches, as well as the "Ultimate Lig Stretch"
Expressive stretching is done by doing what DLD said in his Expressive stretching thread.
