Yeah, this could take a few years... but I'm consistent and determined!

I was meant to be making this journal about a month ago but got lazy in doing so... I've still kept up the logging on excel, though!

Starting stats in my sig.. and I need to give myself a break from not realising that I've actually gained something (I keep thinking I've not gained..):
Starting at: 16cm / 6.3" BPEL

Measured 05/09: 16.5cm / 6.5" BPEL

Measured today: 17cm / 6.7" BPEL

I'm not too fussed with girth right now, as my main thing about having a longer cock is being able to shove it down a pretty girl's throat.. but of course I'll be into girth in good time! :)

Every exercising day has been: 6x1minute manual stretches (AD - All Directions), 2hr [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], manual bundles (each side) prior to 2x5minute [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]X30[/words] and as of today, I've upped the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] use to 3x5minutes. Supplemented with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words]. 3 on 2 off.

I just don't feel like I need the girth right now, is all.

I'm hard on myself with the gains I've made because I'm unsure whether I'd been measuring correctly and pushing in hard enough. But now I know for sure that I've been pressing hard into the bone until it's right fucking sore.

Another thing is my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] is fucked with the valve, but I've discovered a fix for now is to just manually push in the valve when pumping, and stick a finger on it to prevent any release and air trapping.
And I don't really get that pump feeling that everyone describes <:( maybe because I've just started using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words]???

I'm lazy with online logging because I tend to do this on excel so, I'll try to update at least once or twice a week... maybe 2-weekly lol.. nevertheless, when I make some gains or not, I'll still update for sure

Props to brother JakeM82 for all the help with getting my foot wet starting this journal and the incredible discovery of [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] bundles rofl (which I will be incorporating into the routine in good time)

Great progress thread! I am seeing that you are mainly interested in length at this point. I would still suggest [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] but forgo the girth work. Going with a length only routine gives you more time and focus on what you are doing. Be sure to learn Bundle Stretches and use those before your workouts for 5-10 minutes. Other than that things look good. I am looking forward to your progress!
 
I should have posted last Friday, although I'm really busy with working 7 days through each week. And when I get back, I eat, do some PE work and then get as much sleep as I can because I'm up early working out...

I'm still consistent with the PE work although I think things are starting to slow down. I may refer to some others' progress threads to learn what they'd done to break through plateaus and see what happens when I apply their tricks.

Upon measuring on Sunday the 4th: I'd reached 17.3cm BPEL and 18.3cm BPFSL... a gain of 0.3cm on both levels, and this has enabled me to handle the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] using 2" extra rods and not lose grip, holding the tip of the knob right at about 6.25"!! I'm excited about this, and to think I'm almost 7" at BP is brilliant :)

Issue with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] is I find it difficult beating past 16cm when in there. I'd tried to up my volume by going 3x7minutes (just seeing how it goes) have been doing that for about a week and it's not getting me past 16cm. At some sessions I'm able to get past 16cm and almost reach 16.5cm but I'm longing the day I reach past 16.5cm (and the rest...)

If someone can help me out with prior experience in breaking the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] (in a good way) then please feel free to comment.

I'll look around for some pointers and probe people with questions and I'm ever so grateful for everyone's help for not just the answers, but keeping the brotherhood alive. I wish I had more time right now because I'd love to spend more time on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Matters of Size[/words], although all the overtime I'm doing is for a good cause! ;)

It's working great so far, thanks, although I think I'm beginning to run short of the quick gains I'm making.. the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] just seems to stop me right about 16cm and the seal is fantastic, just hard to get above that mark!

Also, I usually [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] throughout the day, just not when I sleep. I don't really like the idea of the wrap suffocating me in the night time, not forgetting to mention the awkward stiffness through the wrap at night, too...

I do notice that my dick has grown as I look a little thinner now. I know that's one of the signs as you grow longer, you'll look thinner. Eventually I'll work on girth too as mentioned, just really want a longer and stronger penis right now.. I'm finding that my erections are a lot harder and it often hurts a little to try and straighten it out to stretch lol, so I let the erection collapse ever so slightly to take a good measure. It's a great feeling though!

Well anytime something becomes longer without becoming thicker it can create the illusion of being thinner than it is. PE is a process where we gain in spurts in both length and girth but in the end symmetry will be accomplished if you remain committed. I grew very long in my first year with minimum girth so I did appear to be thinner but in actuality I was a bit thicker, it was the illusion that made this happen.
 
I have noticed for myself that going into [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] hard is the best way to get results. Also keeping arousal definitely improves things. Best bet to make that possible is to do kegels as much as possible. You'll also notice a good boost in your overall eq.The more you do the more you get, so far as kegels go at least.

A flaccid [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] session does seem to help with turtling if you ever need a fix though.

It's definitely not ideal to lose your erection during [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], but unless you get your pc muscle jacked up to the point where you can basically get it up hands free without adult entertainment it's going to happen. That's actually how the fluid retention happens. Even with adult entertainment, you're talking about maintaining an erection with zero stimulation for 15 minutes straight. Which isn't a fun or easy experience to manage.

The answer is definitely kegels there. But you'd really have to go at it like a body builder for the effect you'd actually want to see. They're pretty damn important in pe land.

At the end of the day and during days off you should seriously slam your pc muscle like it's the e brake in a careening car. Eq is nearly completely dependant on it. Unlocks multiple orgasms, halting of orgasms, shooting off like a cannon, and having an erection that could cut diamonds. Super duper mega uber important.

Thats easy Sim, just do them the entire day. Thats what I do, I am always squeezing and getting the endurance and strength of these muscle up. When I used to do it as a daily routine I would forget or rush it. Now that I just go all day it has become engrained in my mind and it is more of a subconscious effort now.

Kegel like you're ejaculating and ready hammer away at that sucker and, as long as you aren't on girth, do the quick ones throughout the day as much as possible of the quick ones. They all help but the best is strong, hard, long kegels. Maybe even some erect kegels throughout a girth routine.

I think there is definitely a muscular assimilation with Kegels and Muscle work. In the harder you Kegel the more it goes to building strength but when training Kegels fast you will be working on endurance. The two both play an important roll in the Gym and in PE.
 
Long overdue, but I've got some stats!!!

From the last time I'd posted, I'd decided to put a hold onto PE since I'm working every day of the week and it's a struggle working PE as it was either that or lose some sleep. It's frustrating when this sort of time comes, but just like every other metaphor, you've just got to keep on going...

Absolutely stoked I've managed to cement, or at least sustain, these gains since stopping the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words], [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and most of PE... but I'm delighted to see that I'm right at 7" and at a full erection reaching just past it.

I've got to thank everyone for all of the support they'd given towards myself and every other brother of the hood in progressing with PE. I'll be back later in the next year when I start part-time work, and fully dedicate the rest of my non-work days to PE where I'm confident I can gain past my current size.

It's great because now I've got a bit of a bush, I can definitely see that I'm larger than what I was before and it'll be quite a surprise to see myself shaven.

Has anyone ever gotten down to their BPEL? Does anyone know how lean you'd have to be to get to that point?

Great job cementing the gains. My only recommendation would be trying to at least stuff in some manual stretching if you can stand it. Just see where it takes you, and it would definitely be a great help with cementing.

You can definitely help the fat pad by losing weight, and doing kegels like crazy. The Kegel crunch exercise also sounds promising, but there's still going to be a little muscle pad left even if you kill all the fat. A tenth inch could be possible theoretically, but there's always going to be something.

Yeah, the kegels are working great. Although admittedly I'm not doing enough of them to notice any increase in pleasure, but the erections are definitely stronger.

I'll get to a lean condition by mid-May next year and hopefully by then I would have started some part-time work so I can dedicate more time to PE, whereas now I guess could be considered maintenance (though I'm certain these cm won't leave me..) plus flaccid length work because of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]Uncle Jim[/words]'s!

So, it's possible that when at a lean condition, you could be looking at pressing just 0.2-0.5cm into the pad? I suppose I won't really know until I find out :)

I've got a couple of old dick pics lying around somewhere so when I spot them, I'll upload them to show the noticeable differences.. I'm not able to get a picture of me bone pressing because I've got to straighten out my dick to measure the whole thing (banana curves...)

I'll be around here and there on the forums every now and then, but will resume this workout completely in the new year and we'll get to see if I can still gain or not :D
 
Strangest thing is it seems, even after stopping the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] I still managed to gain extra cm... I'd kept up the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for a short while and was still gaining from that. Now I've managed to sustain what I've made, I hadn't actually stretched in a while (just to keep the wrap on) so now I'm resuming managed manual stretches to see if I'm able to gain just from that.

Back in 2/3 weeks... ;)
