Ive been peing on and off now for almost two years. When i first started i had good progression. Me being a dumb ass and thinking more is better began, Jelging for long time and adding needless exercises to my program.. When i started doing this this is when i noticed that my erection quality as well as size seemed to be going down. I quit for a while to clear my head. I started back up again and did almost the same routine, the outcome was the same weak and disapointed, therefore again i quit. I this time will convert back to my old program which was 5min jelg, 3min(tops) stretching, and about 1 to 2 min constinent girth work (Horse's, or horizontal movement (Got this off [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]penis health[/words] site).
Penis Enlargement is different in my opinion than weightlifting. I dont think its good to tear the tissues of the penis like u do when weightlifting, and don't think thats what really occurs in pe as in weightlifting. I belive the whole purpose of pe is to expand the chambers and stretch out the tissue and expand the cells allowing more blood to be held in the penis, 50 pc flexes after working out or incorporated in will pump up the dick and push that extra blood in.. I know alout of people do long work, but it didn't work for me. This is just my opinion on the issue and the people making gains off of long workout than keep doin whats workin!! rofl
