Hey DLD, ya i think im just going to dial it back to supersets swiching between JC and the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. Also, rather than do a bunch of short jc squahes, i just do 4 sets and each set will just be one very long squash (like 3-5 minutes)
so a routie would be something like-
-JC (1 long 3-5 minute squash)
-SSJ 5 min
-JC
-SSJ
-JC
-SSJ
-JC
it will definitely increase both width and overall girth easily, the hardest part with these is not getting carried away, once you see that width and girth temp come in, you just want to go balls to the wall.
You know how much I love super-sets! I think every PE exercise should be countered with another exercise or tool. I like the workout you have created.
