This makes perfect sense. A while back I discovered that I could hold my orgasm at bay pretty much indefinitely by flexing my anus, NOT my PC. This makes perfect sense, and I knew a fellow back at Thunder's who clearly explained, with diagrams, the distinction between the two muscles and their use. I had forgotten. His explanations were the best I've read on the subject.

Thanks for sharing this with us, Criagy. So it's the anal contractions and reverse kegels that most of us are looking for. I'm sure I've been doing them without realizing it. This will help me focus on the right muscle, in any case.
 
One more point. I don't think I have ever really isolated the P.C muscle the way I probably should have. But since I've improved my [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] so, the B.C.muscle must have been in play here as well.

I still do kegels after five years of P.E. They give me better erection quality--and with any stretching routine, I can kegel my dick a half inch longer minimum--some days an inch or more. They can't be that bad for you, whether you isolate the BC muscle or not.

I think too much of a connection, or label if you will, to PC work as being either a culprit or benefit to ejaculation is made. Early emission, in my opinion, is largely mental and time based. If I have not ejaculated in a long time I practically cum with a brush against my erection. If I am regular about orgasm I last, practically, as long as I like. u can only isolate the 2 muscle parts if u train them all the time. But for beginnerst that doesnt matter. u got this wrong. The way should not be to get it fastest hard but to get it more full with blood. do this with patience. just pump in the way u feel that it will give u most blood flow per pump/bc contraction
