Jelqing: Frequency Vs. Intensity
Anybody who knows anything about bodybuilding will tell you that the key to gaining muscle mass is high weight and low reps. They will also tell you that during a bulking phase you should only exhaust a single muscle once a week for maximum gains. A year ago I was unhappy at 135-140 pounds and now I am 175-180 of mostly muscle. For the last 6 months I started applying what I know about bodybuilding to Penis Enlargement, and especially jelqing. I used to jelq 5 days a week which gave very slow gains and looking back on it I think was counter productive, trying to fatigue an already fatigued muscle.
I started doing only 1 and a half hours of INSTENSE uli's only one day a week. I saw pretty explosive gains, ESPenis EnlargementCIALLY in the lower chamber of the penis (forget the name). The next day that chamber would feel HUGE and stick out like crazy when I got a boner, and I'm sure that attributed to the huge rise of my erection angle from about 6:45 to 8:45.
When I do this I also get an amazing stretch on my septum, and my lot has raised form 6:30-7:00 to about 8:00-8:30 at the moment.
I was just wondering what the vets think of jelqing frequency and the connection between Penis Enlargement and Bodybuilding.
