Jelqing: Frequency Vs. Intensity


Anybody who knows anything about bodybuilding will tell you that the key to gaining muscle mass is high weight and low reps. They will also tell you that during a bulking phase you should only exhaust a single muscle once a week for maximum gains. A year ago I was unhappy at 135-140 pounds and now I am 175-180 of mostly muscle. For the last 6 months I started applying what I know about bodybuilding to Penis Enlargement, and especially jelqing. I used to jelq 5 days a week which gave very slow gains and looking back on it I think was counter productive, trying to fatigue an already fatigued muscle.

I started doing only 1 and a half hours of INSTENSE uli's only one day a week. I saw pretty explosive gains, ESPenis EnlargementCIALLY in the lower chamber of the penis (forget the name). The next day that chamber would feel HUGE and stick out like crazy when I got a boner, and I'm sure that attributed to the huge rise of my erection angle from about 6:45 to 8:45.

When I do this I also get an amazing stretch on my septum, and my lot has raised form 6:30-7:00 to about 8:00-8:30 at the moment.

I was just wondering what the vets think of jelqing frequency and the connection between Penis Enlargement and Bodybuilding.

the penis is not a muscle. and doing penis stretches/jelqs is completely different to doing somthing like an arm curl.

BUT, i do believe that doing few very intense workouts could be good for gains.
 
I am of the opinion that intense Jelqs are better than many jelqs. I use to do a lot, now I do less but slower and with great pressure. I think it makes more sense and I see the continued results. GS
 
Penis Enlargement and weightlifting/bodybuilding have HUGE similarities. They also have their share of differences though. If it had not been for my experience in lifting I definitely would not have known how long it takes the body too change. Therefore I would have quit a long time ago at Penis Enlargement.

Similarities:

Neither can be done overnight.

Both take time and alot of effort.

Consistency is KEY for both.

You have to have a certain mindset to succeed in either.

Too long or intense of a workout can be counter productive for either.

You can hurt yourself if youre NOT careful.

You can hurt yourself if you ARE careful.

Everyone progresses at a different rate.

Some people gain length faster, some people gain girth faster. Similar thought for lifting. Some people get bulky faster and some get leaner or cut faster.

These are just a FEW of the similarities.

There are some differences and some will say that the penis is not a muscle and therefore the rules dont apply the same. Personally I have to disagree with this one a bit, especially for girth. Your body REGARDLESS if it is a muscle or not has to repair when it has been damaged. We all know we are in the process of damaging/maxing out tissue in hopes that these cells will heal back larger. This healing takes time. Now how long it takes to repair is the key question. This answer is of course not simple, because EVERYONE will repair at different rates. Like lifting you have to find out what your rate of repair is through trial and error and work from there.
 
I wouldnt say this theory applys to length gains as such, but more to overall expansion. As I said, I can feel my septum being stretched while doing this between the 1-1.5 hour mark. For me, my rise in LOT and erection angle could only be attributed to my intense jelqing, which will almost certainly effect future gains, and has done in the past.

If you mean is there a connection between lig stretching and bodybuilding, I dont think there is.
 
I have no Idea what the lig stretching technique is called I have always used, I think it could be a V-stretch directed more at the base ligs. I used to stretch 1 hour a day when I got most of my gains, I've bumped it up to 2-3.5 hours a day to shock it into growth.


Anyways, anyone else have an opinion on jelqing intensity?
 
I think intensity is a key to jelqing regardless of frequency. I strive for the most intensity whether I jelq once a week or 6 days in a row. As for being productive/counterproductive, DLD trained 7 days a week and has "marginally" good result (joke there). On the other hand, if you feel what you are doing works best for you, then stick with it. I personally think if you did your excercises every other day, or every third day, it would probably allow you adequate recovry time.
 
I'm not a Penis Enlargement veteran, but I disagree with your premise. Building muscles and enlarging the penis are very dissimilar processes. When you lift weights, you fatigue the muscles which stimulate growth while you rest. This is what people mean when they say you grow while you rest, not in the gym. When you do Penis Enlargement exercises, you are not fatiguing the penis in order to stimulate muscular growth. I see Penis Enlargement as a similar process to any other stretching regimen. Your penis actually gets longer and thicker during the routine. It gets longer from the stretching and thicker from the expansion in a girth exercise.

This is why I disagree that girth routines should only be done once a week. Those who are into flexibility do stretching twice or more times a day. All other factors constant, you will see better flexibility faster by stretching your hamstrings everyday versus once a week.

So true. If I were to train girth and only get to my normal erect girth size at the close of my workout there is no way I could expect to gain girth. Girth is all about maximum expansion and maximum expansion is all about getting beyond your normal erect size each and every session. Girth will always show itself as a temporary gain but eventually it will stick.
