Made some minor adjustments with the bottom hex nuts and turned them down to 6 turnings rather than the standard 8. Forming the anchor requires less turning on the top adjustment and it seemed to form a tighter fit. I am gonna play with this a little more but I was able to do my sets pretty well today and the hanger did stay in the position it was locked in from the beginning.

Switchin it up to BTC to really use that leverage and pull the fuck out of the ligs. Mostly skin stretch for today and possibly the next few days but I want to use the methods that will be more worth my time. Goin pretty good and have now hung for a solid two weeks. Took a pic of me hanging BTC. That really is "Between The Cheeks" haha! Didn't expect that.
