Hey there brahs. I have been doing PE now pretty sporadically for the past few years and have not really made the gains I have been looking for. Well this is gonna change.

I have been hanging with stillwantmore2's MaleHanger for about almost two weeks now and have also purchased his TPD, a good penis clamp, and will utilize this in my routine once I feel I am ready for it.

For my routine, I will hang in the morning, 3 to 6 sets, 15 to 20 mins each. Light jelqs in between resting periods and after my hanging sets. I am contemplating about doing a PM session of possibly more jelqs and maybe throw in some light [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] pumps, only for bloodlow. I don't want to do any heavy girthwork for now because my main goals are for length right now.

I believe I have toughened up my tunica quite a bit due to my sporadic PE over the past years. Due to this, pumping isn't really gonna bring on the gains. Good ole fashion hanging and clamping are gonna cause the microtears and cell replication I need for them gains.

Posted some pics of me hanging as well as my length from about almost two months ago when I began using the LG hanger. Got too many blisters from that thing and am gonna stick with compression hanging. When done right, compression hanging is the most pragmatic approach anyways. Cheaper, higher ceiling for weight, and less setbacks.

Stats from two months ago:
BPEL: 7.8 inches
MEG: 5.0 inches

Since hanging with MH, I have noticed my penis getting a little bigger. A little thicker and a little longer. I measured for a quick second today and I believe i saw 8.0 BPEL! Maybe. It was quick and had to put my stuff away because family visited. I do definitely see changes and am gonna stay committed like crazy.

Please brothas, give advice. I am finally getting into a routine I am gonna stick with and will post frequently as this will give me motivation to keep on going through with this.

I moved ya to the correct sub forum. Good to see you making some good changes. Where are you at currently on your weight levels? Do you own a set of fractional weight plates? I highly suggest them. They can be founds most easily on amazon and come in sets of two of each: 1/4lb, 1/2lb, 3/4lb, and 1lb. These are great for moving up and down in weight more easily. Are you following my Progressive Hanging approach I outline in my guide along with Dave's Technique as needed?

shouldn't the foreskin be retracted during exercise? and I wouldn't let my dick go that purple dude. always take care of your glans colour and temperature.
 
@SWM I said I was hanging about two weeks, should've typed about a week and a half. I am still using the newbie guidelines and am at 5 lbs. This friday, I will move up to 7.5 lbs and if that weight starts giving me some really good resistance, I will implement the techniques you have stated. Already gave them a read and they sound reasonable. As for the fractional plates, I am interested in them. For the time being, have to put a hold on purchases for now. Will make the purchase within a month or so.

Even at 5 lbs, I feel at the base, not full on pain but some discomfort where my penis attaches at the pubic bone. And maybe a little sensation on pulling near my pubic area, which I assume to be the ligaments.

@megamike I don't retract foreskin all the way because when forming the anchor for the hanger, for some reason the hanger just slides off. Having some foreskin aids me in forming the anchor not allowing the hanger to painfully slide off my glans. I am saying this from my experience about a year ago when I was doing compression hanging. Big mistake. Since starting with the MH, I have always implemented my foreskin as should any other uncut member in my opinion, even some of the cut guys like SWM has some extra skin and his glans gets slightly covered if you watch his how to videos.

As for my glans getting purple, they get purple sure but when hanging and tightening some more, I touch the tip of my glans. While they do lose a little bit of temperature and get purple, I do not lose sensation and the hanger sits on the anchor point I formed. After a set, quickly slap my penis on my leg and the color restores within 10 to 25 secs. Some sets are better than others. When I take off the hanger, the color starts immediately restoring but based on what I have read about the color changing, it is just blood under pressure. As long as the glans are not being constricted and sets don't go beyond 20 mins., necrosis (tissue death) is not going to set in. Judging by the sensation I feel on my glans when hanging, that to me is indicative that things are going swell.

Lengthy response and please critique me on what has been said. I have read more about PE than actually implementing it. But I do hope to stick with this, and with my success in the future I can aid other brothers for their goals and aspirations.
 
Everything looks good but I would retract the foreskin a bit more so more of the stretch is going to the internal structures opposed to the skin. Looking super long!

Looks like today's workout is gonna be:

I feel since I have my good setup that I should probably kick it up to 7.5 lbs. Would this be a good idea since the next time I am supposed to advance in weight is this friday? I appreciate it brothas.

I was about to tel you to look int wrappin,but looks like you got it down :) and if you feel like you ought to increase the weight,by all means do it

Now that sounds like a much better plan! Safer but still progressive. Good work. I am happy to hear that the wrapping is going better too, PE, much of the time, is a learning cycle until things are mastered. I am happy you stuck it out!

I felt the upper area of my shaft and more at the point where my penis attaches to the pubic bone some discomfort. I am assuming this is the infamous fatigue hangers talk about. I don't want to jump the gun here but I think this is gonna work for me, and injury free too. Thank god man. :)

I put on some dirty pants for a quick second to go outside and my penis started stinging all over the place. I quickly took them off and hopped in the shower. Cleaned it and was massaging with warm soap and water. The head was extra sensitive too. This to me means that there were microtears formed and some of the dust fell in the microtears which cause irritation. Microtears = Damage. Damage = Repair. Repair = Gains.

I was really scared with hanging because I have injured myself really badly in the past with compression hanging but now have learned from my mistakes and am gonna really go with it. It is actually pretty addicting but I need to limit myself.

Original plan was to hit 9.0 BPEL but why not join the 10 inch club. :) We will see. Making small goals though along the way to not get discouraged. Like 0.25 inches each 3 months.

the head sensitivity is very common,at least for me. but it goes away with time

It is the most sensitive part of the penis and can easily be brush burned without caution and that hurts! What I suggest to everyone who is dealing with glans issues to use a bit of hydrocortisone cream on the penis every day, after showering, this will help eliminate many of the issues.

What is brush burned? Some kind of bad friction?

Did 4 sets of 7.5 lbs 20 mins each. Did a good little jelqing session afterwards and the glans got real red and sensitive. Me likey!

Fatigue came in near the end of the second set and was kind of nonexistant in the third but then it creeped up on me on the middle of the fourth set. Strange. Maybe I am tripping the fuck out because I kind of do have a headache right now and may have misinterpreted the situation.

I do want to try SWM's progressive hanging approach real soon. Once I get to 10.0 lbs or 12.5 lbs. I will see how my penis handles those weights. Four sets is taking quite some time out of my day. Not saying that I have a bunch to do right now since school just got out but I will have a routine that I am gonna have to be getting in soon. But I do want to maximize gains at the the same time so I will have to make sacrifices.

@stillwantmore2 I do want to start clamping once I get the hang of the progressive hanging approach. Thing is, doesn't girth work cause scarring on the body of the tunica potentially making length gains harder? I am hanging SD for now and do want to graduate to fulcrums and attack the fuck out my tough ass septum. My concern is that I could potentially mitigate my overall length gains by doing both hanging and clamping. Thoughts?

.............Damn dude...... Just realized how much I am overthinking this. I'll just try it out once I feel like am getting some good hanging progress. Still will take any advice. Thanks brothas.
 
Actually the main concern with clamping and hanging is swelling from clamping making you too sore to hang. If you do both, you need to from my own experience, space them apart by a few hours. At least, hang first, then clamp after you are done hanging for the day.
 
Hang in the morning and then clamp somewhere before bed and then wear a girth band while asleep? I don't have ED but I have read about guys taking viagra before a clamp session and the extra blood makes the session that more intense. I may want to give this a try.

One thing about the Malehanger. Upon attaching, I do not squeeze all the blood out of the upper part of the shaft. I keep some blood in the upper area to aid with the anchor and to not form the anchor directly behind the glans. The idea of having the hanger anchored right behind the glans scares me but this seems to happen as I tighten and pull the hanger. On some sets, with the correct manipulation of blood and wrap, I am able to anchor the hanger about a quarter inch behind the glans. Though at the end of the set, the hanger does nestle down some and gets positioned behind the glans. No pain but a feeling of pressure and I don't know how long this method will work for me as I advance in weight. Main fear is slippage.

I just think I need to adjust the bottom settings, which is what I did. I saw somewhere, I do not remember, that the default settings for the amount of grooves on the bottom of the hanger is 8 grooves. I adjusted the hanger down to six grooves or I think you said turnings. Would it be possible to send you a some pics and/or video to show my technique? I have not yet used my hanger with the new adjustments. I will do this for tomorrow.
 
Of course, I am always available by email. You may want to also try wrapping and placing your hanger a little farther back from the ridge of your glans. Make sure you have a tight wrap. Place your hanger and begin to tighten. When you start to feel the pressure of the hanger tightening, try to anchor. If the hanger seems like it will pull past your glans, pull the hanger back again, tighten a little more and re try the anchor. Some men try to just tighten the hanger in the forward position before forming an anchor and report their hanger 'slips'. This is a concept I plan to reinforce in my instructional content in the near future when it all gets a needed overhaul.

Yes, exactly. It is when the head it brushed against too much and causes a burning sensation at the point of contact. This is quite common in PE and one of the reasons I tell everyone to use Hydrocortisone. Other reasons are itchiness, redness, irritation and it is an amazing moisturizers.
