Just wanna' know. I heard they didn't even use much steriods back than today. The only thing available was d-bol and other derivatives. Don't think they used HGH either. So, would it be possible with hard-training, eating and all types of other things put in place to gain a physique like arnold, or better? Your thoughts.

I read his book, I think he said he used to train 5 hours a day HARD. It was his full time job/hobby. So I doubt you can. But there are lots of big natural BB's.

I kind of don't believe in genetics. It was just as when I use to go Penis Enlargement hardcore. I could on hours and hours of Penis Enlargement if the pain wasn't there. Grew very big during that short limit of time.

I just see alot of natty bodybuilders not pushing themselves to reach a great physique, that's why I asked. I don't do bulking anymore, because everytime I bulk, I gain a crap load of un-useless fat. I just keep the carbs low on off days and high on workout days. By doing that I lost alot of weight in my mid-section and kept lifting heavy. I'm not saying I'll ever reach that level that a roid user would, but I believe natties can get big atleast.

You don't believe in genetics? better read up on it, much inherited from your parents and is why big bones often runs in the family. Look into Tom Venuto material he's natural.

i personally know a guy who won worlds strongest man 1999.

his brother has never been into a gym and he still packs a sixpack and some mean muscles.

and he is like really big.

the world champion just went on roids and worked out all the time.

he is an old guy now. but still fucking huge and strong.

but in his glorious days he was 180kg with a six pack. and so much muscle that some of the exercises he was doing was hard to do since they where blocked by his muscles that got in the way.

you can easily see it on people. if your small and thin you will have alot harder time go grow big. you can¨'t go around that fact.

the bigger and wider you are from the beginning the easier you will have becoming huge.

if you want to see what is physically possible to archive without roids. i would advise you to start studying bodybuilding/weightlifting prior to 1930... since back then they didn't have roids.

what i have come up to. is that they all had a diet looking like paleo. with lots of animal fat.

and most of them drank raw milk.

also one guy had this strong man drink which involved sellery. eggs. vodka. and spinach.

when they asked him if it would make you strong his conclusion was: "you gotta be strong to drink it, in the first place!"

i enjoyed my time studying these guys some of them was god damn insane.

You would have to be a genetic freak. Is it possible? depends on what your parents gave you. Im a natural bodybuilder and I know a few guys almost anyone would doubt is natural but they are. By all means, they dont stand much of a chance in untested shows but some people have freaky genetics. But odds are you would know by now if you got those type of genetics.

Tom Venuto is a good read on it, really sound guy on natural bb. Its also not all about size ... but shape, proportion, size and symmetry. Its more easy to have a large 'common' bloated or just sheer larger bulk to ones frame but the really clever guys can sculpt themselves into a Roman\Grecian god. Vince Gironda was the master of knowing what to train in order to look the part ... most guys ignore much of this ... anyone can gain mass but not anyone can keep it going, train without the shit and learn about actually placing meat in places where it makes you look more of man, rather then round your glutes and make the waist look larger which isnt sexy on a man.

You can have a great body without the drugs but.... they sure help! It is all about your genetics, if you have the gentics to easily build muscle that has good shape, anything is possible. The average person doesn't even have the genetics, with all of the gear in the world to be a pro level competitor but that shouldn't stop us from trying :-)

Possible?
Yes.
Probable?
No, not hardly, since Arnold didn't even get "Arnold's body" naturally.
Just look at when and where steroids originated.

Arnie was said to have used a fair few but nothing like they do today, he still have a good looking body even though he was a bodybuilder. Arnie actually was more unique to me in that he knew allot on various things and was a tactician in mind games against his opponents. Arnie didnt gain all that just 'cos he took the juice, it took lots of time and effort plus yes he has good genetics and bone structure. His muscle bellies are good size for bb. The Austrian Oak inspired so many and a kick ass actor to boot! I loved the Commando and Predator films with him on and he was in prime shape.

Finally let me say this to the thread starter, based on the title of this thread. Why would a guy want a physique like Arnie? yes he was large, strong and it looked good but really, why is it that guys (some) get so into wanting that type of body? its a size thing obviously, perhaps deep rooted in body dismorphic to some extent and like women who get obsessed with themselves. No attack here, just think about it ... that size isnt everything and if you were to say be in or join the military for example his muscle mass would limit you in many ways ... the large muscle man cant last the long distances, no matter how menacing he may look. Its a balancing act for me, in looking good but also feeling good ... then being strong and having some size ... guys who desire to be such massive sizes are lacking confidence and using that as a way to raise it but it comes at a price. Vince Gironda was probably not far from half Arnies size yet he was always the stronger man in his prime, his lifts and personal bests are unbelievable.

You can naturally pack on about 30-40 pounds of pure lean muscle (depending on your genetics) and within 4-10 years you will reach your genetic potential where you stop gaining muscle completely and just stay with the same workout.

I know a guy who is 6'1 230 primarily muscle. Took him 15 years to get where he is.

Also, Arnold has admitted to using steroids like already stated.

How good would this apply to Penis Enlargement :)...

IMPOSSIBLE

Arnold admitted to using dianobol, testosterone, HGH and various other anabolic steroids over the 10 years of his career. He started heavily using anabolic steroids at the age of 17, until he was 27 and during that decade he gained an incredible amount of muscle, at that time steroids were not illegal and the health implications were unknown.

He gained an insane amount of muscle, but over a 10 year period, even when he was 17 he was very muscular, he was taking drugs on and off since he was 15

A site that offers free info and should help http://scoobysworkshop.com/

DON'T take advice from scooby1961. He is a YouTube video uploader, he has no certifications in fitness or nutrition, he gives really bad nutrition advice and he claims you can get a massive chest doing push-ups, DON'T listen to his advice. If you want real nutrition and bodybuilding advice go to bodybuilding dot com, become a member of the forums with over 4 million users, you will get REAL information from certified personal trainers and nutritional experts.

I find some of his stuff helpful for begginers and you dont need certifications, he never claims to have any to begin with but its all from his own experiences. Vince Gironda legendary trainer to the stars had no official certificates but I see your point where your coming from. Its good to have many sources to look at and read through, then sensibly with logical thinking decide for YOU which path to take.
