Hello everyone. I am new here, but not new to Penis Enlargement. I'm 18 years old and I discovered Penis Enlargement in August 2009.
I was 5'' NBPenis EnlargementL and 4'' in girth. since then, I have made around a quarter inch gain in length, but I'm not sure if I can attribute this to Penis Enlargement- it could be natural growth. I am 6''BPenis EnlargementL, but as you can see, I am way below average in terms of girth.

Over the last few months, I did the manual exercises - basic stretching and jelqing, and though I noticed harder, more frequent erections, I haven't seen much gains.

- My routine has been sporadic. Lack of privacy and a very nosy mom/dad is to blame.
-Over the last few months, I have been trying different routines, and different days off - 5 on 2 off, 2 on 1 off, etc, but I still haven't found the routine that fits me and my boy well.
-I found that dry jelqing at a lower erection level, makes the blood in my dick move around nicely, whereas wet jelqing at higher erection levels causes expansion. But I can't figure out how much is too much/too little.

So where do I go from here? I'm stuck, and I thought I could this by myself, but I was wrong and I need your help.
Bottomline: I need more girth! And a proper routine, and some guidance.
Please, help me out with this, I HAVE TO MAKE THIS WORK!
 
I want to help you. Answers to underneath questions would give a better understanding of you situation:
What is your goal?
How many minutes do you spend on Penis Enlargement?
What kind of exercises do you use in your routine?
*Consistency and dedication are key elements of Penis Enlargement.
 
You need to make the time to get in your routine and this needs to be done daily in some capacity. What you could do is wake up a half hour early and get your stretching in while still in bed. Girth will need the most privacy but you seem to be comfortable with dry jelqing so, again, this can be done in bed in the PM (again get to bed a half hour early.) My suggestion on girth exercise is to move into the Slowq Squash Jelqs as they can be done dry. If mental stimulation is needed (adult entertainment) you could keep a magazine under your mattress or a laptop with some films to stimulate.

This is the routine that I had gradually evolved over the past 5 months
10 min warm-up with an electric heating pad

JonPop’s stretches, as per his 90 day routine – stretch to the left, right, down, straight out and up with 25 quick kegels each, with cranks to the left and right and helicopters in between

2 sets of JAI stretches, 20 each set.(I added this 2 months into JP’s routine)

3 sets of Flaccid Bends. 1 set equals a bend downward and one to the right and one to the left. (I added this 2 months into JP’s routine)

3 sets of jelqing with 40 to 60% erection level. 50 reps each, 2 strokes = 1 rep.

3 sets of V-Jelqs with 40% erection, 30 reps each set.

5 min warm-down with heating pad.

Along with these, I’ve been experimenting. I want to build my base girth, so I’ve been a doing one set of reverse jelqing, and upside down v-jelq where you jelq the shaft with the V-grip from above( this really expands the base). I checked out dustpan’s flaccid compressors and they seem great
I have tried doing 3 reps of “The Squeeze”, where I form the OK grip around my base and below my glans and squeeze. It really expands my shaft well.
However, I fear that adding reverse jelqing, Dustpan’s Flaccid Compressors and the squeeze might make the routine too intense. One step at a time for me.

I took 3 weeks off and restarted on 28th December.
My revised routine:

I do JP’s 3-part dry jelqs as often as I can.

10 min warm up.
Stretching: BTC left right and centre, 30 seconds each
Straight down, left right and centre
25 cranks downwards
straight out left right and centre
25 cranks straight out
straight up left right and centre
25 cranks upwards

JAI stretches: 20, 2 sets

Flaccid bends: 2 sets. Downwards, to the left and to the right

Jelqing:
At 75-90% erection level, 30 jelqs with underhand grip. – 3 sets
At 40-50% erection level, 30 v-Jelqs – 3 sets
1 Set of 30 reverse jelqs with the reverse v-grip
1 set of 30 reverse jelqs with underhand ok grip

edging/ballooning – As long as it feels good.
2-3 min cool down with a cold, wet hanky.

Kegels as often as I think of them.
I alternate every kegel with a reverse kegel, to expand my range of PC expansion/contraction.

Currently 2 days on, 1 day off

My goals are:
1/2'' girth by August 2010(College starts then!)
whatever length I can cobble together by then.

DLD, thank you for the reply. I was looking forward to hearing from you.
It's just that there are so many different exercises out there, and so many different sites on Penis Enlargement..I cannot figure out which exercise will suit me or give me the most gains.
-How many days on/off should I go for?
-Is better to warm down or cool down?
-Am I a more is less or a more is more kind of Penis Enlargementer?

I know that I am the only one who can answer these questions, I need to read the signs from my body,,,but it seems that's all I have been trying to do for so long.
I have spent way too much time experimenting with various routines, and too little time actually following them.
I need you guys to help me make a routine.
Then, I will start a progress log here. I know this is going to work with your help.
I believe in Penis Enlargement. So many people here cannot be lying - it really works - and now it's time to make it work for ME!

You can add exercises that focus on length if you want(BTC,Blue Whale); but not too much. Regarding girth I suggest continue to jelq at about 80% erection and increase reps (600-800). You may want to start with light intensity clamped exercises.
Make a basic and strong routine, which is achievable and easy to follow. Your second routine looks good.
Your goal is realistic, you can do it! Expect less, gain more!
You could Penis Enlargement 7 days a week and take a resting day when needed, depends on yourself.
I have no experiences with warm downs or cool downs.
Don't depend on the number of exercises to gain, but on the intensity and consistency. Yes, you do need to listen to your body and feel it when doing Penis Enlargement. Looking forward to your progress thread!

So it seems I should increase the number of jelqs, eh?
